I love my city limits sweater with my first fade. It has to be pretty close if not the most worn sweater I've made. The fit is perfect and the fade came out so great. And it's so cozy! Great pattern.
The new setting and background works well for you podcast and good lighting. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and thanks for sharing your new sweater pattern and fading tips. Looking forward to your podcasts in 2025.
Love the set up. And my City Limits sweater!! Fades are so fun to knit. Congrats on your new beautiful sweater. And now you’ve enabled me to order a Centro. Maybe. lol.
I had been wanting to get some sort of knitting machine for ages so the Sentro was an easy way of dipping my toes into the world of machine knitting without much expense or expertise required! It's pretty fun!
I wish they made a sentro with more needles. Like 50. It’s too small for my big head. Haha. I agree about them taking a beating. I gave mine to the public library for the Library of Things. A lot of people have used it and it’s still going strong
I love the colorful ball ornaments on your buffett. I’d like to try making a fade sweater someday with scraps. You’re very inspirational with your fades. Also we are in the middle of a remodel and we will be putting a tv over our fireplace. I never knew there was such a thing as a framed tv. Might have to look into that. Great episode! Happy holidays to you all 🎄
To be fair to the pattern it is available in 5 (maybe 6?) sizes, so there are lots of fit options. If I went with a bigger size to accommodate his high arch I think it would be too wide in the foot. I think it's just not the ideal pattern for him and that's ok.
Donate your sock to Socks For Sam, they want single socks. To find out more about the initiative you can go to the end of Knit Together With Kim and Janna episode 30.
So interesting! Single docks? I'll have to look into that. This particular sock seems like the most impractical donation of all time but I'm intrigued!

Oh my gosh! This is the best compliment ever. To be a most worn sweater is such an honour! Thank you!
Looooove the yarn photo on your screen AND your colorful decor! -Tami😊
Thank you so much!

They're pretty stretchy but the one size fits all thing is totally a myth!

Thank you! Happy holidays to you as well! I love our Frame TV. Highly recommend.
I am knitting a hat any tips w double pointed needles would be great
Can you create the heel longer on the cat sock???? 🤷♀️
I'm afraid not. Colourwork socks are really limited in terms of heel options.
@ ohhhhh yes I totally forgot it colorwork sock 🥲
Can you maybe go up a size in needle to make the cat socks fit?

My daughter has a sentro machine and her row counter also died. She ordered a new row counter on Amazon, fyi :)
Oh thanks for the heads up!
