mea commander giving up like that is a good example of why teams need to communicate asset kills. if they understood how many tickets they were knocking out by destroying vehicles they would have known they could come back. but also by that commanders actions post placing that arty he probably would have thrown anyway. the other SLs weren't even particularly mean and he gave up command after just throwing away an asset when he could of at least asked what the other SLs thought he should do with it
Another problem is that a lot of people just straight up ignore the command channel. I play mostly armor, and one of my top pet peeves is calling out anything I destroy or see, and then a minute later someone asks about or calls out exactly the information I just said, which is something they would have known if they were paying attention and listening to command channel. Literally shouting into a void.

I played a game once where the commander rage quit and I took over halfway through. Soon, we were down to defending our last point on Manic-5, heavy ticket bleed, and were down to 2 tickets remaining. But we had a good attitude, kept fighting, took back one point at the last second to stay in the match and eventually came back for a win because the enemy team got frustrated and stopped defending their points when we went on counterattack. We ended up rolling them back to their main, in the end. Play it out. You never know what will happen.
Love to see squad with this since I always liked the thought of spectating, and see the faults of other squads and where to improve, also I hope you're feeling better Moidawg ❤️

So speaking for our discord group. Khouligan is our Public Relations Officer, and what you witness was him trying to conduct a meeting with the enemy. In the hopes of coming to some sort of agreement over the oil that we must be fighting for. Talks went south and he was killed... we got the oil.
What went trough Young's mind (the commander), with self-arty himself, his troops and his own point, with minimal enemy's nearby. This was fully winnable, with 8 on District, 7 close by District, a logi and vehicle right of District and the T-72 south of District. If the commander aka young called arty on the enemy HAB, with a big radius then it would certainly create a distraction and chaos, while 7 and 8 captured District. After the arty was done then some squads on Vineyard could have pushed out and cleared out the rest. Which from there would actually put MEA and USMC much closer to balance in tickets. So that stupid self-arty was the reason for this loss, what a stupid and frustrating move. Use like half an hour playing this game, and could actually have a chance (pretty high one too) to capture District and from there perhaps being able to take Police Station. Pls Young if you see this, never do that again lolz.

Only reason I don't play squad. I know it's a game, but people absolutely know how to throw for no reason. This is a prime example of many of my games in the past. I just started squad last night..after years of COD..and I really like it..very difficult..and different.there is no running around the map.im addicted and cant wait to get better and pl;ay with in a team
classic squad everyone pushes and the squad that flanks first 85% of the time wins the game purely due to reorganizing and demoralizing it is as you see in this game the Marines had a great defense but once they flanked and cap the point they couldnt organize an offensive fast enough to keep the point but what won them the game was pressure they mind fucked them so bad that they made them believe all hope was lost lastly I hate people taking leadership roles and leave cuz they're losing, just dont become a SL or a commander if you play like this it damages the team especially the squad. it takes 1 squad to make a difference
Dat Command racked the comeback for MEA. At least I didn’t realized much com from him. So maybe he should stick to a normal SL and don’t clam command. So maybe he can’t fuck up the afford form the other guys again :D
It would be nice tp see amphibious vehicles not slowed down in shallow rivers. Theyd be able to drive at max speed unlike other vics in the shallows because of bouyancy and hydrodynamics

youd be surprised with a team of 60 tickets and the -1 tic can do in desperate times you truly lose when you only have less than 20 tics in that position btw ive witness a team make a comeback like that also they had 103 tickets with the -1 tic while the enemy had 288 tickets while they were getting steam rolled but the enemy ended with 103 tickets because they started to reorganize and making every fight a last stand the enemy payed 185 tickets more than they should have to win
That self arty at the end was one of the most frustrating plays I've seen in Squad in a while. MEA had a very decent chance at a comeback.

After the update there is more bugs and glitches in Squad. I even had game crash one time!
