Hi Tom, it’s definitely difficult if not impossible to keep everyone happy at once. As you say, you can only do what you can do. Don’t forget to look after yourself Tom, over the years I have seen so many good lads just burn themselves out with exhaustion. Another great film mate, just take care of yourself Tom. 👍👍👍

You always come across positive Tom. I find myself repeating what you often say, "we'll sort it, we always do". I think that's my main mantra now mate. My own mantra has always been "control and containment". I apply that to everything, wether it be sweeping up or driving at 100 MPH. Think you need another holiday, it should be law that plumbers have a holiday every couple of months. Great vid mate.

Thanks for the vid tom. I think you might need to examine your motto 'we'll sort it we always do' - i agree it's a good thing to fall back on in your mind but it sounds like you're pushing yourself too hard as a consequence. I was stressed for ages, always playing catch up with the next job, customers getting on your tail asking when you're gonna make it to them. Then something happens that sets you back that you have no control over, or worse you make a mistake because you're rushing. The way I managed to get a handle on it was just to understand that things take as long as they take, and to start managing customers expectations better. Try and be more present in each job and they will go much smoother, at the start of the vid you were saying about how your minds always ticking on to the next thing, i know exactly what you mean, and that is helpful to a degree, until there gets to be so much stuff that your brain starts getting overloaded. Might sound bs but you've got to try be a bit more zen, very difficult especially as we go in to silly season, but you've got to understand burnout is a real thing and we can all fall victim to it, you're the best plumber on youtube by a country mile and long may you reign 🪠👑
Thanks for the support and comment James, you are right, sometimes I need to take a step back and relax a bit. I love the job but sometimes it feels like things just go wrong I can't always control.
