my favorite meals- hummus with fresh veggies, roast vegetable salads ( I put veggies in air fryer not the oven) and veggie fajitas. I am vegetarian, so in the colder months I tend to have more potatoes and in the warmer months rice. I broke my tailbone and turmeric supplements really helped!
