I once called the Chinese PT-76 light tank one of the worst tanks in War Thunder. Gaijin apparently feels the same way, as it's being removed and replaced with Object 211, a new vehicle added with update La Royale.

If you have been through grief cycles for as many times as he may have, your reaction will be the same. My friend who had 700 hours in the game usually gets to the phase ii, which is anger, in about 20 mins into the game. For me however, I simply skipped past to the last phase, which is acceptance, after playing only ground RB for almost 1000 hours. The only reaction you can get from me playing WarThunder is just "Meh, okay"

If you want terrible turret travers, try playing the M10.
Started German it's fun playing things with about 5 degrees of traverse, not mention stock gunner targeting is the best

I love the m10 I just play it like a casemate maybe angling the tank in a dire situation but outside of that the turret traverse isn’t really a problem for me

Funny experience i have when using a PT-76 and several of its variant, is that i go in expecting to die a lot, only to come out carrying the team on my back
The first battle after I unlocked heat in the Chinese pt-76 is still one of the best games I've ever had. I don't know why fate has dragged me to such shit vehicles.
Nope. Not supposed to have a stabilizer. It's just one of the later prototypes of the Type 63 that simply lacked a few features. Good to see it, however, it's certainly a shame that Gaijin didn't go with the more unique and earlier prototype fitted with a 76.2mm gun, derived from the ZiS-3, that was apparently autoloaded. Really stupid that they removed the PT-76 though. Just drop it down to 4.7, give it APHE stock, and boom. Not like we don't have other HEATFS slingers at, or even lower than, that BR.

Wait if the Chinese PT-76 is getting removed entirely is it going to be like what happened to the Swedish premium light they had a while back that got a "upgrade" or is it going to turn out like what happened to the German paper tanks and the Maus?
It will be like maus, panther 2, tiger 2 105 etc, won't be researchable anymore but anyone who had it before it being removed still gets it.

@@valian8985 My thoughts exactly but gaijin is gaijin. plus we have a 6.3 version of the Obj 211 that is also on the PT-76 hull.

Yeah, I'm currently going up the British tree and at 4.7, the Achilles is still perfectly useable. A 17pdr makes up for a lot of sins (unless it is the Archer).

The turrets movement in any direction is absolutely brutal. i still feel this vehicle is piss poor myself

Hey Spookston, can you talk about how Gaijin nerfed traction AGAIN..
They nerfed wheeled tanks, we used to be able to climb lots of slopes and such but now it feels like oil is being applied to your wheels if the slope is above a certain degree steep
All CAS is now flown by Adam Conover in my head all going "HI I'm Adam Conover, and Today I'm ruining WT".
now i have a deal for you spookston: use this exact nugget but at 6.3 aka 7.0/3 with the only upgrade being a 300mm heat shell!

Hey spook, so recently, since the update, the SABOT shot seems to not work very well, primarily bmps, but my shots will sometimes bounce of the front. Even with a carefully place shot, i still bounce. Ill also see the round shoot straight through the tank, while doing no damage
I would love to see spookston suffer playing AUBL HVG. Knowing how he despises CAS it would be funny to see how he gets obliterated in seconds by any plane.
Still waiting for a game mode where there's no planes in a ground battle. Most people don't want to deal with fucking planes in ground forces.

0:57 the Russian and Finnish pt76 have a full speed dual axis stabalizer which makes them okay if ur enimys dont see you but they're too slow. I think the Chinese one irl has a stabalizer but the pt76 china gets in war thunder does not at all for some strange reason.

Since you don't appear to enjoy high zoom scopes, play the PvKv II with a whopping x16 scope at 4.0

@Spookston Hi, im sorry this has nothing to do with your video but ive noticed gaijin has been removing suggested tank pages on their forums. for example the entire suggested british light tank tech tree, the AS-90 and the Warrior CSP. i would like to know what your thoughts are on the subject as im sure its not just british submissions that have been vanishing. is this because gaijin are trying to cover up posts they dont want to add to the game or is it that they are removing the suggestions because they are working on them? even a short reply would be great but a short video would be awesome! thanks for the content!
