Stayed there for 4 nights in February 2021, celebrated my 50th birthday (as well WDW) & my son’s 12th birthday. Everyone was blown away with the amenities, view, etc. We loved it!
I've just booked to stay at the Riviera in a 3 Bedroom Grand Villa for 10 nights in 2023. I'm so excited. I've only ever stayed in value resorts (Pop Century and Art of Animation). I decided to spend a little extra as I'm taking my family. It will be the trip of a lifetime. Thank you for all your videos, it helped me decide which hotel I should book.

The picture in the last bedroom is actually themed after “Cars” movies. The rocks have car parts in them.

It's Porto Corsa from Cars 2. A mix of Monaco from the French Rivera and Portofino on Italian side.
Also, Lighting McQueen is in it, driving along the bridge!
When the Skyliner pauses every now and then, it doesn't mean it broke down. That's part of normal operation (slowing down for a wheelchair access, taking gondolas in and out of rotation, etc). They do shut it down as a cautious measure during a storm, but that's infrequent and definitely not daily.
I stayed there, got upgraded for 5 nights September 2020. I want to live there year round!

This is stunning. Riv all the way! I also can not understand why people are so offended to see CB in the distance. It's just not a big deal. I also do not understand the people who complain about Riv being blandly themed. It's meant to evoke or recall, not immerse. That's it!
We have do that multiple times. Our family and friends love the grand villa.
That Italian village mountain pic has Lightning McQueen on it! Look closely!
Love the videos but i have to say, your fascination with the USBs is kind of funny... :) Need to find the hidden USBs before the hidden Mickeys...lol. And the art above Hailey is in fact Disney...that little car is Lightning McQueen!
It's a shame they are all USB - A, when USB - C is becoming the new standard. How many years before they are upgraded!!

This is a bit of an over-kill for me and my husband, but it does remind me of the surprise upgrade we got at the the Yacht Club one year.
I calculated it at 880 points for a week * $18 a point * 4.33 to make it a month = $68587.20 in rent every month for this room.
Their long is a 90’s modern Hyatt! For the lack of availability, the high points for all rooms, it’s just not works it for a monorail ride. 🤷♀️ (IMHO)
I didn’t see the dining room
Everything is so spectacular but why is the kitchen sink so tiny? We still gotta wash dishes..
Haha! Pretty sure people who can afford this room are not washing their own dishes! 😂
