My top 5: -art primo marsh ink black -magic ink black -art primo spring fever paint any color -krink silver -the paint that comes in the Pentel shorty!! (My favorite of them all) that white paint just works so well for me it’s such a dream to write with
On the Grog Full Metal Paint (I have Ferrari Red) you can actually mix inks/paints. Luckily, I’ve been using the right ones lol. I’ve actually mixed FMP with Krink Paint and used either Red Buff Proof Ink or Red Pilot ink and it made such an improvement on permanent aspects.
May i have a hit off of "Dult" Thank you!!! Btw ive been watching you litterly forever and i find your channeling super interesting. Thanks for always being there to help me on my graff journey 🙂
The krink silver is legitimately a favourite for sure. They reslly did something different with that one for sure 👌 I definitely can't say I'd pay for it regularly but it's a great formula
Hands down no question, the BEST thing ive ever used was old school Firefly raven oil. It's a leather dye, so add it to whatever ink, however I made a mixture of 20% raven oil and 80% OTR Flowpen ink and man I tell you what, that shit is UNBUFFABLE on anything remotely porous. Plus, it's super UV resistant. Ive got a spot on an electrical box that's been up for 5 years, as well as a dumpster that's been up for 4 years in the harsh australian sun and it's still super visible... Only problem with this is that it's australian made, and remember how I said it's old school? Well, it was made in the 50s I believe, so it's super hard to come across.
What makes ink buff proof is their inability to dry (hence the break fluid in DIY inks) and that they will reactivate with fluids/solvents. Because of this, these inks are really meant for street artists. That being said, do you know if you can clear-coat/varnish over the Dang Paint, because I'd love to get them into my studio. By the way, the bleed-thru with graffiti inks is a phenomenal way to build layers and ghost images in more fine art applications... Which i never really see graffiti artists utilize. Rightfully so when you consider graffiti artists are often writing over other art & advertisements and that opacity is necessary. Also, I was a little surprised that magic ink (thier white ink being impossible to find), or Uni or Pentel white. I was also surprised that Molotow, Marsh or Garvey didnt make the ink list. All that aside, awesome video man. Thanks for creating so much informative content and sharing it.
Yeah I can only speak to ones I've used, hence no magic ink, marsh etc. But that's why I wanted to make sure everyone could share their thoughts as well so there's a more comprehensive list for everyone to look at. I've found that it's pretty standard for most of the inks I've used to bleed through but the buff proofness of them is much more variable in my experience
Ye. It's even thinner than the OTR soultip paint so it works well for mops. It's more pricey for sure and gives a more 2 dimensional look in mops than some thicker paints
The black MTN street ink is super cheap and holds up very well. Only good in mops tho really. But overall best thing I’ve ever used is DIY oil based rusto mop paint. Have tags still looking clean for 7+ years. Only downside is it destroys whatever marker you put it in lol
there are ofcourse also a lot of super small brands that sell some super tough paint and inks but i think that there are deff a few that u missed. maybe some inferno ink or magic ink, inferno is a super nice ink and the magic ink has some super cool colours that nobody would use (plus xylene). also edding has metallic markers where the silver and coppet are super nice, the gold not so much. u dont see a lot of companies make a copper paint so when i see it (like the dang paint) it means that iy had to be the good stuff. also the metallics from mtn (spanish) in the metal cans is super thick and really nice to pit in a empty px-30
i feel like you missed stealth ink which is atleast imo the best ink for getting up inside of trains, also can you add "isum" to your hitoff list? love the vids
Hey man, since you spotlighted the Dang paint I've been really considering picking some up. I have to ask, can it be clear-coated without being reactivated? I'm a bit more of a these days but I still like to use paint markers and I would like to use this paint on a canvas that I will eventually be varnishing.
The general rule is the longer you let a paint or anything else really sit, the harder it is to reactivate. My rule is minimum 48 hours and minimum 48 hours between varnish coats as well. Following that, I've never had a problem with anything reactivating. I'd think the Dang paint should be totally fine for that :)
dude you really have to check out the Molotow Coversall and the Speedflow ink. They are some of the longest lasting and best looking black inks in my opinion, surprised they didn't make it in your list. Also the Molotow One4all Acrylic Paint is really high quality, I haven't tried the dang paint yet (I guess it's similar but way cheaper), because we dont have it in europe. I have taggs in some green tone that are still up after 8 years, the markers also never dry out and last really long. I know molotow is pricy but it is really worth to take a look at the other Products besides the Liquid Chrome :D
Yeah I haven't used the coversall so I couldn't really speak to it on the list but it would be a fun one to try out for sure. I have used the one4all markers for like 15 years hahah but mostly on canvas and such ao I've only used em for the bright colours more so than the permanence.
@@ScizGraffiti Well they were the only Graffiti Markers in our Local Skateshop you could buy back in the days before the internet that would work proper in the streets.
In my experience the best ink I've used is a 50\ 50 mix of mtn bold ink and grog ski, i am simply unable to find something better (talking inks, not paints)
Yo bro I was walking near a footpath and I see new graffiti pieces every now and then but unfortunately that path is 57 steps away from a police station so yea let’s hope no one snitches because like they always say “you plan snitches you get no bitches” my favourite saying anyway amazing video brother 💪

There are a couple chrome original krink 'KR' tags still up in venice Italy that I remember from around 20 years ago.. crazy staying power
I still wonder every day how you only have 17k subs.... I love ur content so much, most underrated youtuber❤

my favourite ink is a different brew ink from here in Australia. It would be really cool to see you make a review on it.
Molotow coversall ink is probably one of the best marker inks.
Haven't used it but I'd expect it to be pretty good! I'll have to try it out when I'm putting the next order together :)
Witches brew just brought me back man. That was the first ink i bought on oink art ltd.
yessss. so sad its gone
I have multiple Krink k60s, the best is 100% the silver, krink came out with a chrome which gives a hell of a shine

Sounds like it ticks all the boxes of a super good formula. Always a catch though, in this case the scarcity like you say :(
Cool! Maybe other leather dies would work as a replacement. Have you tried others?

Can you use the 902 in a mop

do yall think that dang would work in a uni marker?
The dang ink definitely would but I doubt the paint would. It's pretty thin but I wouldn't try it unless you've got a replacement nib handy haha

Ah yes, the Bain of all good inks, they aren't picky about what they tear right through haha.

Yeah haven't got to use stealth ink but I hear good things :) Will add isum right now!
Stealth ink is super hard to buff and good in sun light works in most mops and pens.
Club Ghoul makes a cheaper stealth ink out of California

that does sound like a formidable mix. would love to see how a bit of the ball pen fluid goes with that

nice!
I bought some dang ink and it exploded in the box and ruined the other markers

It ain’t ruin the marker lol just a bit off paint on it happened to all my markers when I refill them anyway
