The 04 BMW 530I has similar problem with nothing on dash when key in ignition and trying to start. From CAS its saying no key is in the ignition even though key is in there. I did the CAS procedure you had but keep getting message Download calibration failed and I'm connected to internet and battery voltage was at like 12.3 volts. Any suggestions???

Yes. Both IM608 and IM508 can do this.

Hi sir, you need to check if you still got comunication with the MODULE, if yes, you can program it by OBD.

Yea I renewed my subscription to Autel software and BMW software was free after doing it.
@@genek3961 One time I had that problem . Try hardwire connect the autel to the router instead of wifi. Good luck.
