    Hi my name is Mark and I have helped thousands of people learn how to keep and breed shrimp over the years, I help aquarists go from killing shrimp to tanks busting full of shrimplets. 🦐✨
    Disclosure: Marks Shrimp Tanks is an affiliate of Aquaristik Shop and Send Owl, the book publisher. Mark earns a small commission fee for each sale, and all of the money goes back into shrimp keeping. Just don't tell his wife.

    Ty, I bought some but my shrimp didn't want to eat it, my baby shrimp did but it took them forever to consume. My big shrimp just spread it everywhere but didn't put it in their mouth, that made me think what is this stuff made of. You have some patience, I would just buy a bag from china lol I had to wait a month though lol but paid 4 u.s.d. Thank you so much for taking the time for those whom may need to save a buck, and that is me at times.

    Astounding footage! I really enjoyed it😀 Mycelium in my tank colonizes divided lily bulb rhizomes and shaded manzanita. It becomes a beautifully symmetric and structured on the bulbs; dying back as sugars expire while seeming to seal off the cut end. Hello from Greece ! Congratulations for your videos !😍
    I have something questions for this food .
    1. Who time and who temperature you cooking this flakes ?
    2. Why you use only the outer part of the bean; they don't eat the inside;

    • @MarksShrimpTanks
      @MarksShrimpTanks  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello Lampis, its been such a long time since I made this video I cant remember the details, in a nutshell you want to soak the soya beans long enough the skin splits from bean making it easier to remove, the shrimp can eat both the inner and the outside part of the bean... the skin is used because its doesnt go bad like other food items and biofilm grows in it and on it and the shrimp eat that. 👍

      What should I do when the mothers eggs eventually hatch?

      Sprinckle a tiny amount of crushed powdered food every other night, I have alot of bought stuff for this but I also use organic pollen you only need one or two grains at a time and it breaks up like dust.

    I tried it like you showed - sadly my shrimp didn't fancy it.
    It stayed the same way at the bottom of my tank until i took it out a day later.
    They fancy the spirolina pallets that i give to my bottom feeders more.
