She added half cup ,n her dough was fine ,in all such recipes sometimes maida soaks more moisture n sometimes don't so you have to adjust as per your convenience,if your dough isn't stretchy n soft enough with half cup ,add more n adjust it.

What we used instead of happycow cheese it is very expensive
Jam or some chocolate
Ap na aik cup milk dala ya half cup
