392XR Hrbor Freight 12k LB Winch Install With Trials and Fitment

I have not needed a winch in almost a decade so I hold my wallet tight on this build and attempt the lowest cost possible for the 12,000 lb winch.
Right off the top, I have troubles with both the JCR mounting plate not exactly aligning up and the Harbor Freight Badlands Fairlead not flush on a curved bumper face with an intrusive electrical lead set that requires major modification to fit.
