    Hi Shay, I agree with MsApricortBlossom, I ordered Tyra as well from Befamousbeauty back in October, I never received my order til this day, I also contacted the company never got a response. I think that's great that your able to receive hair from this company, I try to support black owned businesses. Your hair looks gorgeous as usual have a blessed day.

      I'm so sorry you had that experience. I know they are going through some hard staffing issues right now so things are a bit slow. Have you installed the hair yet?

      Im so sorry you had a difficult time. She is having some staffing issues right now, and the owner is literally having to do it all herself, so things are really slow. I don't know if the issue was resolved for you or not at this point, but I did message her this morning.

    I’m glad everyone else can get their package from this company. I ordered IN DECEMBER and still don’t have my hair. The owner does not answer messages in a timely fashion at all. Says she’s going to keep waiting for an update to the tracking before she will decide if she will replace the order. Like how many months do you need to wait to provide decent customer service? If you have a direct line of contact to her I would love an assist. I purchased it after watching one of your videos. Order 7006!

      Hello MsApricotBlossom, my name is Nicole and I am the owner. I am not familiar with your order but I will take care of it for you tomorrow(the mail carriers have already left for today). In the meantime I will pull up the messages that you are referring to so I can be completely up to speed before we talk tomorrow. Postal issues happen but that aside it should never ever take 2 months to receive a package. Talk to you soon.

    Folks, please note the comments about delayed orders or not receiving orders at all. I didnt take heed to this feedback regarding customer service and now I'm unfortunately experiencing the same issue.

      Their issues were resolved. They just don’t come back and update this when they get it. I really wish people would. Have you tried reaching out to the company?

      @@ShayLuvHair I'm posting here with a follow up. With your assistance I was able to get connected with the owner of Be Famous. I eventually got my hair and I got it installed. I liked the hair and will probably order in the future, but the processing time is longer than I typically like and customer service left room to be desired before your help. I love that it's a minority owned business and I want to support. I will try it again

    Shay? I think that's my hair order that I never received, why are you promoting this company when so many of your subscribers are having major issues with their "PAID" orders? Until she gets her business in order and can service every 'PAID" customer in a timely manner, promoting her is not good for you. Just one of your "new paying monthly, member's" opinion. You know, I love your work, but some real honest truth about BFB needs to be shared.

      Hey Renee. Thank you for your input. And I really do appreciate you as a subscriber and member. The reason why I continue to promote this company is because I know the inside story. Not only for her but for many other black owned companies. I know it’s hard sometimes as the consumer to step back and consider what could be going on behind the scenes to cause such delays, especially when you have paid your hard earned money. But for me, the middle man, I see both sides. And just as I will step in and contact them on your behalf if you need me to, I would and will do the same for them. Now, for companies that I clearly see are failing to provide quality products, even maybe scamming people or whatever, I absolutely will and have pulled videos and discontinued business. But this is just not the case here. Unfortunately, though I do know why there have been delays, I am not able to speak on this company’s behalf, basically saying, its not my business to tell. But until I see something that makes me feel different, I will continue to support this black owned business.

      Hello Renee'.I am very sorry that you did not receive the service that we set out to give and as the owner, I take full responsibility for that. You placed an order and requested a refund before it was shipped. I definitely understand wanting super speedy service and I promise you that is my goal. Please check back with us in a few months because our hair really is amazing. Once things settle down I start showing you all how we pack and blend the styles by hand.

      @@befamous8326 thanks for your response and I didn't expect super speedy service. I was very patient before placing my order and I do remember carefully making my selection. It explicitly said "in stock" and to me, in stock means, you take it off the shelf, place it in a bag, and simply mail it, and within at least a week, BAM! you have your package. I do understand, things happen, but next time, just be honest and explain to the customer. You should reach out and contact them before they contact you asking, "where is my order?" Ok, I'm done ranting, and I want to leave you with this message, I wish the best for you and your business and if I decide to try crochet again (I've circled back around to human hair for now) I will definitely give Be Famous another try.       @@ShayLuvHair well said, but as a smaller business irregardless, if the owner is black, white or purple, when things go haywire, you have to work even harder to keep paying customers. A simple email with just an explanation as to why the order was being delayed would've been more then enough to calm me down. And no, you don't have to tell all her business, but just let your subscribers know the truth. I only placed and order with Be Famous because of your recommendation and others exclaiming how fast shipment was and how fast they received their hair. Again, Shay thanks for responding, you have gone above and beyond and although, I've lost my itch again for crochet, I'll still support you as a member. I just love seeing you work your magic with crochet. If you ever decide to travel to Los Angeles, I want you to do my hair. You and Be Famous need to schedule a meet and greet, I would love to meet and support you both. Ya'll sleeping, there's money on the table, come and get it. God bless you, be safe and stay healthy.
