Alan Freeman you can enlist as a JTAC but you have to apply from within the USAF to be a Special Tactics JTAC basically SOF 24/7 vs Works with SOF sometimes

JTAC is a qualification and not something you can enlist as. You can enlist into the TACP and CCT pipelines.
DDA Productions this might seem a little irrelevant but do STOs (special tactics officers/cct officers)see the same amount of combat as ccts?

Better Days Tactical Air Control Party is classified as part of US Air Force Special Operations, alongside Pararescue, Combat Controllers and Weathermen. Might be missing another one as well.
They provide close range air support, they’re very important in battle.

And yes we are blessed with such great humble soldiers I had the most inspiring event to ever happen in my lifetime this past Christmas 2019 when I came to the aid of a young Sergeant from FortBragg that had broke down enroute to his family for leave we treated this young stranger like family ! We got to be friends I talked to him all winter while he was deployed to Kuwait! I wouldnt take a million dollars for all our great conversations! We all pray for Sarge D.h. every nite! Thank you all for your service ❤️🙏🙏

ALO is Air Liaision Officer. They are an Air Force job like TACP and are in charge of managing the operations.
