  • Listen to the insights of a theologian and author who has given his life to uncovering the stunning truth of the incarnation of Jesus who included us into himself, including his relationship with the Father in the Spirit and who chose to enter into our delusions in order to set us free from the inside out! Baxter shares several heartwarming stories of how the awareness of our inclusion into Jesus transforms the seemingly mundane of our lives into rich significance.

      Kruger is leading us to a great a wokening. We need a true Awakening in which the glory and truth of the loving Lord Jesus will bring multitudes of people into Him and expose false teaching like Kruger's.

    I was brought up believing God is Trinity, but until I grasped this, not much changed in me: Jesus said to his disciples you will all leave me, but my Father is always with me. Believing the Trinity was divided at the cross is a false gospel and all I know is I am a different person as I begin to grasp perichoresis. Somehow, that truth changes everything!

      Thanks for sharing a bit of your journey! The truth that sets us free is so very different from the one many of us grew up with that kept us in bondage instead of deeply in love with the Trinity who accepted us and included us into their union.

    The religious/ Legalistic folk have no idea have desperate people are! Many sincere souls who can’t measure up much less bear up under the weight of their own guilt and condemnation would never make it without these truths!
    Dr. Kruger you know but I don’t think you see just how far reaching your words have become!

    I have experienced 20 years of upbringing in strict cultish religion followed by 40 years of seemingly more moderate Christian orthodox religion. Both avoided raising the really hard questions and explaining the hard experiences, much less answered them. If you are honest about it, you eventually either express resignation to those imponderables (“I just have to trust God”) or you go face to face with God and tackle those issues head on, and find the answers and reform the experience. The routes to that choice are innumerable and everyone has a different story, different timing and different decisions on the way. I decided it was safer to go it alone with God, than stay in the ‘crowd’ as a ‘safe’ route.
    That is not to say the crowd is ‘all wrong‘ but I have rarely found it to be all right.
    The question is not whether Baxter is “right or wrong”. The question is whether you wrestled your hard questions and experiences with God f2f voluntarily while you are on this earth, rather than after you leave this earth and meet Him in the next age. I know which I’d prefer.

      Thanks for sharing some of your story! Honestly, I'm so thrilled to meet with God face to face here and now as well as when I go from life to more life with him in eternity! The fear of judgement (i.e. punishment for getting it wrong) was eliminated by a love that is higher, wider, and in every other way more expansive than I can imagine on my best day of imagining! (1 John 4:17-18; Ephesians 3:18-19). I also agree with you that our arguments about "right and wrong" are still our prideful remnants of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil when we've already been included in partaking of the Tree of Life, who is Jesus, eternally!

    I love this discussion, but I can't seem to understand how the Gospel is to be presented with this theological understanding. I'm a believer in God eventually saving all, but I still present the Gospel using the Romans road, prayer of repentance-acceptancr of Jesus Christ, as we Baptists do. Is there a better way?

  • @timparks1098
    @timparks1098 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

    As the Gospel is recovered? Baxter is coming with a different (false) gospel!

      Kruger sets up such a straw man of what the church throughout history has taught, saying that the church believes things that we actually don't, so that he can bring in his very cultish ideas in opposition. His antagonism toward followers of Jesus who truly believe in historic, authentic Christian theology is not even veiled.

      Be careful not to infringe upon another brother's ongoing journey into the infinite knowledge simply bc it isn't yours yet. Every child of God, like our own children, is unique and has a wholey different relationship and revelation to the parent. Know nothing but Christ and him crucified is central and un questionable but the rest is open for discussion. Stay where you are... safe content and with God as you know him. But there are others that are never content to be static and are born to question, dig and risk being wrong until the spirit shows otherwise. It's a freedom many are discovering.

      God has been revealing so much of The good news Gospel as shared by the Fathers of the faith.....I believe they had more eye witness truth than the king of England. So much common sense, God did not speak over our heads....He said we may have not been ready to receive Truth but He opened us inorder to receive at the proper time 🎉
