Shipping Soriel is understandable, I guess. They are good friends in the game and stuff, personally I can't see them as more than friends (partially because Toriel is a really old lady who had children and a husband, to which she's still married to btw and partially because I don't see Sans in a relationship with anyone, really). In the case of UT especially, where kids of the skeletons are usually just these fucked up hybrid things with their bones and skulls sticking out, it just leads to a ton of questions and is kind of disturbing.
Not to mention, why would some make children of the characters if you're not gonna admit that the two preexisting characters did *the sex*, and just come up with bs saying things like "they exist cuz like... magic. Magic cuz it's not yucky lel".

That's why I rather create combos (not actual children.) which gives me more opportunities for their existence.
The person who originally came up with the term made most of hers made by experiments. Many other people also used magic stuff (I think it's okay as long you can explain it) or just called their ship children combos to avoid hate.
The last one actually is kinda sad to think of. People should not have to be scared of saying what their characters are supposed to be.
When it comes to the dragon girl, I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be like Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, like cute girls with dragon horns and a tail, but all other human qualities.

I love how you read the character descriptions in the most monotone way possible. It really shows that character description are so... riveting. Seriously, though, in a book or movie, you learn about the character as the story goes on. In any role plays or comic series, do the same thing. It add more depth. Also, all OCs and FCs are the same rehashed personality over and over.

What's so wrong with making fan characters?
Some people are actually good at it and know how to make characters that'll fit the world and won't clash to much.
Like, my Undertale fan character never even goes to the underground, she has her own life and her life is affected by Frisk's choices. Like, if Frisk chooses the neutral route my character Eli would adopt them because Eli would notice that Frisk has no where to go, thus Eli is never able to reach her dreams because she's taking care of a kid. Though, if Frisk chose pacifist Eli would follow her dreams and eventually become a master chef.
But, she'll only ever know about monsters if Frisk decides to tell her about them or if Frisk chose the true pacifist route

OMG THANK YOU FOR BRINGING UP THE WHOLE CHILD THING! As someone who loves designing characters and making stories, it makes me really upset when people just smash two characters together, whether it be in terms of their personality or appearance, instead of giving them their own individual attributes. Like, barely anyone looks like an exact replica of their parents, so why would you make a character that looked like one. It just bothers me so much and I can’t believe no other TH-camd has brought it up before.

This video makes me feel better about my undertale fan character.
Even though I never post her online because I know I will get backlash simply due to the fact that she is the sister of papyrus and sans. And that she is half witch half skeleton. The reason I made this character in the first place, is because I was thinking about how much papyrus and sans reminded me of people in my family. So I made my character their sister.
Also I am a sad sack of potatoes with no life.

It's pretty strange to say, but in another language "Ossa" means "Bones" so lol
In Italian it does mean that.
