Wanda has always been a complex character. There’s no way they would let her go out as a villain, even though she did realize at the end that she was being controlled by the Darkhold and help destroy it at the end. She’s definitely coming back somehow
MoM complaints aside, Olsen take on Scarlet Witch’s evolution has been on point with the character. Witch’s Road announcement gives hope she will return

I was wondering when we're getting another special marvel presentation. The last one we got was in November and that was 9 months ago. I need more of them!!! Honestly that would solve everyone's criticisms about the TV show formats. But then again if they were to introduce someone new like nova I feel like he would deserve a movie over a special presentation or a TV show
I feel the same way but with Silver Surfer
Rawhide Kid, Quasar, Ka-Zar, Miracle Man, Dakota North... there are a lot of (forgive me) "lesser" Marvel characters who could be adapted into one-off specials, but the problem you yourself bring up is that once they're established in the MCU, people will inevitably want more, whether we really NEED it or not. That paves a road to the "messy" quality of the post-Endgame MCU, and imo, it isn't helping the brand. So if they go that route, Marvel needs to find a way to create a DC Elseworlds type of brand to explicity say, "This is Squirrel Girl, we hope you like her; if you do, we might make more, but don't expect to see her in the Avengers or a movie any time soon." Then they can put out product to keep the overall brand alive when and if they have a misfire like Taron Egerton as Wolverine, lol.

Special presentations are a wonderful way of introducing characters in an interesting and concise way. I can’t wait to see more of them.
I definitely miss the Avengers! Hopefully all of these independent projects bring everything together properly! It can either be really good or really really bad😅
This is gonna be very interesting, especially in the realm of Doctor Strange. Even though we got multiple realities in Multiverse of Madness, there's still others we haven't seen, so the possibilities are endless.

Yay, more Scarlet Witch!
The one that played Agatha did a great job in her role. But I would be happy with a special like the other one. And it would be amazing if Wanda does show up in the special cause I would like to see Dr strange get another round with them. Wanda just made Dr strange look like a beginner. That's just my opinion. It just seems like it would be in Dr stranges area with the magic stuff.

She is more powerful than Dr Strange as she is a nexus being as well as a powerful witch.

I just hope the studios get to the table and give the writers and actors their fair share of these shows, movies, and special presentations. I don't want any of this going forward without the best of the best on these projects, no scabs.
Everyone forgets Wanda's witch sister: Zaladane. She has sorcery abilities similar to Wanda, but is based in the Savage Land. I think it would be really cool if she appeared.
So, Ironheart pitting Tech v magic seems to resonate with Kang needing scarlet witch. I don't think that will happen, (because if Kang planted the darkhold, he'd basically have to have control over all its magic- and yes, he might have done it all because he needed Wanda's mutant abilities, but everyone else who used it previous would have been essentially using his tech; it'd give Wanda a backdoor into his tech too.)

it's probably too much to ask, but a more somber character study of Scarlet Witch would be a nice break from the 24/7 action which never really seems to allow her character to process her experiences; WandaVision was PRETTY close to that, but the military presence was Ø. looking forward to Olsen's return, and perhaps as a producer so she could have more sway in Wanda's direction.

I'd love to see more Special Presentations. I don't think they should replace the Disney+ shows entirely (I like the shows, they just need fine tuning), but they seem like a great way to introduce characters like Werewolf By Night, Nova, Silver Surfer, etc.

The Star Wars Disney+ series demonstrates the series can work if done correctly through writing and storytelling. The Mandalorian seasons, Ahsoka, and Bobba Fett.

This is so exciting! I have to go binge Wandavision to be ready for all the goodies coming soon. I just wish these production companies would do right by the writers, artists, actors, and everyone else involved in producing TV shows and movies. We wouldn't have any of this content if it weren't for their talents and dedication.
Scarlett Witch's return would be great.
They should keep Wanda as an Anti-Hero. Then have Wanda & Ghost Rider meet & become close.

I think it would be a good cliffhanger to the end of witches road if wanda appears at the very end, like Nick fury in Iron Man, to have either a witch or kang or someone come to her seeking her help, but she's also been on her own "vision quest" in finding value to herself after MOM, tie into vision quest where its pretty much exactly what "the visions" was, but at the end he starts to look for Wanda.
I like how you explain these scenarios playing out and going in depth on the different upcoming series. Great work! Keep 'em coming!

I absolutely love the special presentation format. they did so very very well with werewolf by night. still am floored by how hood it is. on one hand I'm glad they didn't start spitting so many out that the quality went down hill but I also want to see more!!

Doing what? In th comics, she becomes Wanda's mentor and they form a mother-daughter relationship.That would be interesting. However this doesn't seem to be the direction they are going.
I hope we get to see more Man-Thing and then needing him to travel the Nexus. I was hoping he was going to appear when they introduced the Nexus back in WandaVision. I really think that the Special Presentations are an excellent way for Marvel to introduce many more characters into the MCU quickly so that they can be part of Secret Wars.

Exciting news and a good idea for content delivery.
I heard a rumor that her original contract was for seven films, which means she at least one more left. I honestly would be surprised if they didn't bring her back, especially with all the cosmic side (and hugely powerful) players about to be introduced into the MCU.
At first I was happy because I think they did Wanda dirty with her story and then you broadsided me with she still hasn’t re-upped her contract. Now I don’t know how to feel

Bruh, having Ulysses Bloodstone be the Virgil to the lead character as Daunte would be fire, pun intended. Having Agatha walk the road while being pseudo guided by Ulysses who could theoretically be much older than her, sort of guiding her while warning her about the true perils of taking Wanda's power or bringing her back.

Special presentations are the way to go; for characters like Nova, Silver Surfer, Wonder man and Echo should have been a Special Presentation as well, use it on characters that people don't know much about and then it would allow the fan to get the know them in one small movie.

Really surprising news given Olsen was recently interviewed and said flat-out she was done with the role, with no hint of feinting or sarcasm. But happy if true, these major characters like Iron Man, Capt. America, Scarlet Witch, Black Widow, etc. really shouldn't be allowed to die. Of course now we know that after Secret Wars there will likely be a major MCU "reset" with all new characters in all the roles anyway. I guess that's another way of doing it. But would be good to see Olsen back as SW. I really thought she was done. SHE really thinks she's done, and she "doesn't miss playing her".
She never has said that. She has said that she is enjoying her time away from Marvel but she has not said she is not coming back. She did not enjoy the constant chaos on the set of MOM. Sh admitted that she never learned her lines because thy would be rewritten before they were filmed. Also she has said that she has not heard from Marvel or read any scripts. It seems the issue is Marvel and it will take a big deal to get her back.

I like movie theaters that show some of the series. I think showing an entire series at the theater the day the penultimate episode airs I think they will see some theater income from it in order to see the finale up to a week early.
