Her university also endorsed this visa category. Keerthi's innovative idea focused on addressing the issue of dehydration in older people. She and her team are developing a wearable device that measures hydration levels, specifically for the elderly, alerts caregivers in real-time, and reduces the need for blood tests.
Keerthi's story highlights the importance of being aware of the different visa categories available. Many students, unaware of the possibilities, miss out on opportunities to turn their innovative ideas into reality.
