Hi, parts of it you would not need to do in order to hire someone. If you already have the business entity then you do not need to do many parts of this. And yes I do talk about all these steps and break it down in the course and coaching
How do you go about getting patients?
I've used a variety of methods. At first it was mainly through insurance directories. Then we gradually grew word of mouth through my professional network, and make sure you close the look with your referents. I've heard some having success with paid ads but that didn't work that well for me. Work the SEO long-game too.
