True that. I always demolish others with Guy against okay people and spammers. Against good people, I actually wait for them to make a move instead of me since Guy is easily punished.
Like all fighting (or most) these tournaments are a bore to watch because every match is a ryu, akuma etc. the moment anyone picks even remotely unmeta you already know the results.
sankalp sankrityayan guys ultra is only damaging with 1 hit or raw or it scales greatly. Also akuma has very little health so it just seems more damaging.
At 2:00 I can't believe infiltration didn't take the opportunity to troll when he managed to jump behind guy's ultra. If it was me, I woulda done some funny things while following behind guy's missed move and then finished him off.
Good play by Marq, but unfortunately Guy in this game is a shitty character who was completely neglected by Capcom developers. No defense, just average walkspeed and normals, useless specials that are unsafe even ON HIT in some situations and all UNSAFE by ridiculous margins and beatable by cheap DUCKING. I get mad everytime some idiot say he has potential and bla-bla-bla... in long run you will be forced to rely in gimmicks or unsafe stuff that will lead you to defeat, no solidness at all. I myself play him since vanilla SSF4 and I'm tired to see a bunch of good players just drop him by same reason: unviability. If this shit Street Reversal-Spam 4 isnt suited for offensive footsie characters they just shouldnt put them into. Lets do as MK with all those pallette-swap characters... copy and paste these hado/divecheap characters all day long. Shame on you Capcom!

And Dan is a joke character, win one match online and you're in the top 5 (Battlepoints wise). Guy is going to be able to move faster. If only he was still my main. I use Ibuki & Juri xD not cos. they're gurs. bcos. Idk I'm just good with em.

I really hope guy gets some nice buffs in the next patch. He's so much fun to play but some of those matchups are nasty!
Guy is a solid player in Alpha 1&2 but sadly too much recovery time on his specials.
