- In this Train Driver's View video we embark into a sunny summer evening with Rc6 locomotive on a service to Stockholm from Karlstad. We did go the extra mile on this one to keep the windscreen clean with both wipers and when possible manual cleaning. Bugs were many though so from time to time during the video the windscreen is dirty.

There's something very comforting about arriving in a big city at dusk after a long journey.

Beautiful Swedish trains, beautiful tracks and beautiful what you see around the line. Nature, villages and cities. Of course, in my opinion you do not have a good climate, says one who hates the cold, but otherwise one certainly does not see the ugliness that instead are numerous in sad and backward Italy.

What a terrific trip. A sterling effort on you part, not seen in either Sweden or Holland very many times the driver getting out to try hard to clean the windscreen. Thanks so much for that. Now, questions. Black triangle on yellow back what is that? I used to think it was an old crossing warning but not now I don't think? Noticed some old crossing signs still operating (white light in centre of( ) but then there would be a bridge over just past that.)First three stations up to o Hallsberg were new to me then you must have joined a major line? Is theee a major rail map of Sweden rail only? Do you haave a URL for one of those? Again, thanks for a great ride on a lovely evening in spite of the bugs!
If you mean the black arrow on yellow circular sign it is an ATC sign, letting the driver know the ATC might receive speed information at this point.
If you mean the black triangular sign with an yellow border it is an general "notice" sign and is always accompanied with additional signs, for example the letter "V" lets the driver know there is a railway crossing ahead.

Vad är det för faktorer som drar ned hastighetsbegränsningen till 40 km/h ibland, även om det är raksträcka och betongsliprar längst hela vägen? Det borde ju vara full rulle.
Kan vara att rälsen exempelvis är nybytt och behöver "köras in" eller en dålig skarv.
Finns det ännu någon direkt tågtrafik från Oslo till Stockholm via Charlottenberg?
Where was the train close to when it started to get cloudy around 1:20:00?
