I watched you skipping gears on your manual car like from 4 to 2 but we cannot do it on every car. Cars are different from country to country. Especially in UK you can do it with new technology but I live in a South Asian country and I use an old Japan car . Once I tried to do so my car started to stall.
I think we share alot in terms of road markings traffic rules and lane driving too here in kenya am glad I find this vital from your previous lessons too

The time you have put the gas and selected gear,the clutch is down do you need to apply the breaks or handbrake is enough to prevent car from rolling back
I used to sweat alot when on the hill traffic jam,, because car I drive usually stop n move back hit the car behind me.. and for going down I always used neutral and brake.
It is really wonderful for any beginners like me ,but is that not possible to control without using handbrake? Please if you see the message say something I've exam next weekend, thank you in advance.
Doing Hill-Starts you should always use the handbrake. So if you are not confident on Hill Starts using the Handbrake my advice practice few time before going to the test. Wishing you all the best and I hope you pass the test. Please do let us know here how it all went.
I should have watched this video before my test. I never encountered any situation which needs down hill start during my lessons, so i never practiced down hill start. During my real test, i had a unexpected meeting situation at the down hill junction, so i panicked then lift my clutch too quick then the car stalled on down hill which made the car started rolling forward..more panic..it was nightmare! I drove well for 35 mins then it happened in the last 5 mins near the test centre! I failed for this 😢😢😢😢😢
just to let you know that you explain very well but the downfall is the audeo or the volume of your voice is needed to be a bit hight becuase is very hard to hear your explaination

The channel is all about sharing knowledge about "learn to drive" and that I have and that I know best, but to run a channel I also need to know other stuff, the technical things... which I'm learning and hopefully getting better.
