My sister was about to come to India last year 2020 but due to covid she was unable to come but this year she gave a big surprise and she's back to India after 3 years to meet whole family and to attend our elder brother wedding ceremony too.
Best part was nobody knows in family that she is coming except me and my brothers. It was a big surprise to the whole family and captured their reaction in the video.

why the dogs kept in cage and another one tied in chain. It’s not nice at all.
It’s because cows and buffaloes are nearby and one dog is aggressive when kids are around those dogs will be tied otherwise they keep walking around. It’s not like they are tied all the time if it’s in house the case might be different but there it’s a open place. I hope you get this point
