Good choice to stay on 13th gen vs 14th gen as there is not much of a performance difference but it would have been better to go for AM5 as your future upgrades would be simpler and cost effective. Arrow lake CPUs (15th Gen) launching in late 2024 will be on LGA1851 so you have to change motherboard too in future if you ever plan to upgrade your setup.
