Dear Clelia, thanks a lot for this class. The first kriyas por the hands and arms were challenging. But I loved to observe my mind during the battel with my body. Thanks a lot for the instruction about the "trigger meditaion". I think that can really heal deep wounds in us. I will defenitaly repeat that one. By "light body" do you mean enhancing the energy/astral body or losing weight? To enhance the Energy body the best thing to do is work with Pranayama. To enhance the Astral body best work to do is Shadow work and Meditation. To lose weight the best thing to do is combine a healthy, moderate diet with dynamic exercises and work with Manipura Chakra.
