As someone who is just getting a shop set up, I am hoping to get busy packing orders soon too. Everyone just makes it look so fun. Loving all the branding stickers and stamps. For your puppy since you mentioned he’s starting to be cautious, start walking next to people or like passing them more as well as dogs and sprees every once in a while you can meet a friend I’m the park and ask them to walk next to you with your dog to the furthest side from the person or other dog and then slowly get him closer to the other person or dog and for grooming try giving him a treat before and after it so he starts seeing it as something positive or something to look forward too and slowly take away the treats

Hi :) I really love your videos! I don’t know if this is a habit but you should not use soap for cleaning Levi’s paws everytime as it can create an imbalance on his skin. If it is just mud/sand, just clean it off with clear water.
