Your command of English and the way you express your feelings and ideas are excellent. Many people who have a mental illness are troubled by 'jumbled thoughts'. It is easy to follow and comprehend what you are communicating. And I congratulate you on your courage, and your candor in telling people - and sharing your experiences. That takes a great deal of honesty. Cheers and good thoughts from New Orleans....

I've had a couple of people asking me to be their friend on my channel. I explained that youtube is not really a making friends platform. But I accepted one friendship from a 29 year old housebound woman. The other person that asked, I had a feeling was a man. Yutaka's channel will grow eventually and he may not get the time to answer or reply to everyone's questions and replies. Unfortunately for me, the algorithm has given up on me. I will never get monetised and I barely get any comments and that's one reason I get depressed. Many times, I think of giving up my channel - may be archiving it or something. TH-cam is a struggle. And some people don't want friends - they like their own company.

@@Gilbertineable To make money on TH-cam, it is crucial to separate private lives from public activities to protect one's afforded time. In my case, this channel is still so small, and I enjoy communicating with my subscribers. I cannot predict my future on this channel. Some other channels struggle with low viewers even though they post content consistently. Some TH-cam experts say we should create a new channel if we are confronted with fewer viewers on our channel. I suppose making a new channel after failing in this channel. However, I will preserve this channel to communicate with others

@@yutakawithschizophrenia I have a feeling that your channel will do well. I have more videos than subscribers. I would like to make more informative videos that have nothing to do with my private life (which I don't really like talking about but it just comes out of my mouth anyway). I did a very good video on the Buryat people and a separate video on their very interesting food but neither video did well - probably because I've never been to Buryatia! I am a stubborn person at times so I will probably carry on with my channel until I am an ancient woman and I'm sure I will have a lot to talk about then!🤭

@@Gilbertineable To make money on TH-cam, there are certain patterns, and without those methods, we face challenges from TH-cam algorithms. However, there are many exceptional cases. Some creators are very successful even though they ignore SEO. At the beginning of my TH-cam journey, I did not intend to earn money on this platform, but rather to improve my English. I changed my mind after I started uploading videos. However, making videos is hard, and it's difficult to make money. If making videos feels hard for you, how about enjoying creating content that you truly want to make, even if it's only temporary? I often escape from reality and focus on my essential work.

I love umeboshi - I used to buy the whole plums with the perilla leaves and sometimes the the paste or vinegar. I loved Japanese ingredients because of their uniqueness and the health qualities they bring. I liked to use Japanese arrowroot, kudzu as a thickener because by daughter cannot eat gluten. I also liked to make the curry as well but it is not as good as it was about 15 years ago. I used to like Java curry. I also liked seaweed salad and furikake to put on rice. So, I have known about Japanese cooking for many years.

@@yutakawithschizophrenia Traditional food is rather boring, I recently found a list (on-line) of the 20 favorite family meals in the UK. In first place is 1, Roast dinner (usually chicken), 2. Fish and chips 3. Pizza 4. Spaghetti Bolognese 5. Steak and chips 6. Lasagne 7. Chicken curry 8. Sausages and mashed potatoes 9. Shepherd's Pie (minced lamb), 10. Chili con carne 11. Cottage Pie (same as Shepherd's Pie but contains minced beef instead) 12, Fajitas 13. Pasta bake (pasta mixed with sauce and maybe some protein or veg and baked in the oven - with cheese on top) 14. Stir-fry 15. Burgers 16. Steak Pie (usually bought ready made) 17. Stew 18. Casserole (same as stew but cooked in oven) 19. Baked potatoes with various fillings 20. Macaroni cheese (mac n cheese). As you can see, the British eat a lot of foreign food - it's normal.

One more thing to Yutaka. Hey man, I was thinking the other day about your mental health and well-being being adversely correlated to eating so much of a vegetarian diet. So, maybe add more animal products of all kinds into your diet and your brain will feel better. Try it. If it does not work out then it does not work out.
Just recently, I have been eating a veggie diet for about 3 to four days in a row, right? Okay, so I feel horrible. I then ate some eggs with cheese melted inside of it, and I felt better immediately. Anecdotal, though it might work for some, especially people who need a good, balanced, and healthy brain like us human beings who suffer from schizophrenia. It is just something you can try. You are welcome.

@@anonymous12726 Your food journey is great. Some schizophrenic people do not care about their food habits. And I was the one. But since adjusting my habits, I have felt better. But it takes time. I understand that eating meat is better for our brains, but it is also costly. In Japan, vegetables are cheaper than chicken, beef, or fish. But I often take protein from milk. It works soon. Thank you for telling me!

Yukata. I was wondering if one day you would want to take a trip with me to another country. You would not have to worry about paying for much. I do not know when we would go together. Hey, people from this comment section below, let me know if you are interested. The more the merrier. I know what I want to do and where to go. I just wanted to put this to you all now, and when the time comes in the future, and it will, we could go together. Plus, you don't know well about me and my illness; I play some characters in my videos. What you watch in my videos is just a part of my life, not a whole thing. So, please be careful to meet someone knowing each other only online. It's better to make a friend in the real world. In Japan, there are numerous troubles with online phenomena.
