@Doan84 I think you're misinterpreting the argument here. Noone is saying that killing civilians is right. However civilians who had picked up arms become insurgents which makes them legitimate targets for state defense forces. Not to mention a Libyan Islamic Fighting Group which seems to be a core of so called civilian fighting force. (just google LIFG for full info on a pro-democracy terrorists group) Jihadists working with NATO to overthrow goverments...that hasn't happened since Bosnia.

Saudi Arabia and a few other Arab nations have airforces that rival nations in Europe yet they refuse to participate because they do not want to do battle with fellow muslims so it falls to the United States and Nato. I find this a bitter pill to swallow and wonder why do we even bother.

on the contrary, those vehicles where not innocent civilians. in fact NATO got involved because Gadafi was killing his own country men, however our media gaps will provide us with different information, all of us probably are fed propaganda. since that is the way governments rouse public opinion and gain support. Ya know what. innocent people die in wars, which is why people need to get a little smart and stop fighting over their differences.
