What is the length of the board? I know that the width is at least 8 inches. I put a 40° angle on the top of a center line and traced your pattern onto it and it doesn’t fit inside of it. Do you have any suggestions or tips that I can help me out?

I should have given the length also, don't know why I didn't. The length on mine ended up being just under 9 3/4 inches, so you'll want your board atleast 20 inches long in order to fit the front and back panels. Hope that helps.
