Your videos are always amazing. Your knack for 'craftiness' is second to none. You make items that look store bought (in a good way) and yet you keep it simple. For wood workers that make holiday crafts, your channel is 2nd to none.
Taylor, my man, quite the Santa's little helper. I just love all the projects. I do like gnomes, but those penguins stole my heart. Awesome video. 😊Linda
Cracking video thanks for the ideas. My favourites are 3rd the Garden Ornaments 2nd the Penguins and of course 1st the Gnomes. New Subscriber. TC. Barry (UK)
I like all the Xmas projects that you made but my favorites are the lawn ornaments thank you for putting out that wonderful video please keep them coming
Loved all the builds!! Just a helpful suggestion with the penguins…. I see you have a laser, so maybe instead of printing off a template, then tracing the template.. and then cutting it out, possibly use the laser to burn a template into the wood, then cut out.. what’s your thoughts? Keep the videos coming!!!! 🙏
Absolutely agreed. Two reasons why I didn't: I know everyone doesn't have a laser so I try to mix it up. Since I already made the sleighs on the laser, I figured I would make the penguins by hand. Secondly, I only have a 10w laser and sometimes I can actually cut things on the scroll saw faster than the laser can cut. I am working on a few Christmas videos that focus specifically on the laser though.
Love your videos, but I can't draw a stick figure to save my life--is there any chance you might be willing to share a copy of the template of Santa upside down in the chimney--I want to give these to my sons and sister for Christmas Thank you kindly for what you do Tim
Glad you liked it. I actually sketched that freehand in the shop just before cutting it out, but if you give me a "minute" I can make another sketch for you. I'll reach out once it's done.
For these projects I was using a combo of the Algolaser DIYKIT MK2 10W laser and the Longer RAY5 10W laser. Both of them are pretty similar when it comes to projects like this.
Sorry for the delay in answering. I was avoiding saying no because it sounds like a lot of fun, plus an awesome opportunity to meet other makers. The Holidays are so busy with both my regular 9-5 job, and video obligations so I just don't have the time at the moment. I would love to accept your invite once we get out of this crazy season. Plus I should probably get the equipment set up for a live stream, lol. Thank you so much for the invite, I hope we can connect again when things slow down. And thanks for watching by the way!
Your content just keeps getting better. God bless you & your family.
Thank you, that's very nice! Thanks for watching!
I know this video is a little longer, but I had a lot of fun projects to cover and more to come. Thanks for watching!
Great video and love the how to and info. This is something I’m definitely going to try. Saving this video for sure! Take care!

Hot glue and skewers were a brilliant idea 👍👍
Thanks, I can't take credit though, I saw another maker do that years ago. I can't remember who it was...
Solche Projekte dauern halt etwas länger. Da darf das Video auch etwas länger sein. Großartig! Danke für die Inspiration.
Thank you!
It all looks good, the penguins and the gnomes is a tough call 🤔
Thanks, I know, right; the gnomes get a good laugh, especially when there's a group of them.
Great projects, thank you and congrats. Dave & The Girls

@@frankhomen2632 My wife and I are working on some ideas for reindeer and a nativity, We'll see if I can get it all done.

16:53 I don't mean to be pedantic, but I believe it's pronounced, "Gnome sayin'?"
Dangit! Why didn't I think of that, lol! Perfect dad joke. Thanks for watching!
If you had a yard ornament size of the sleigh would be great
That, my friend, sounds like a challenge...
@@boydstongrove I would love that!!
Any chance next year of making a range of religious projects as He is the reason for the season? Cheers, Chris x
Always looking for new ideas, so if you got any, I'd love to hear them. Thanks for watching!
I will like to make some
Awesome, Have fun building!

I finished a quick sketch of The Chimney background with Santa's feet. If you email at Boydstongrove@yahoo.com I'll send it over to you.
What was the laser engraver that you used?

Hi, I ran across your channel today and wondered if you would like to come on a Saturday night livestream interview show for makers.

Did you say you're using 1-1/2" plywood? Or are you using 1/2"? Thanks
Def. 1/2" plywood. Just the cheep stuff from Home Depot.

Yeah, the one with the silver did come out nice. Thanks for watching!
