Been 7 years and now that the game is trending again, I must say that this is one of the best Sanctuary Settlements I have seen so far, amazing. The armory blowed my mind to the roof and back, you took that elevator and, boom! Surprise! Awesome job.
Dam man that is so impressive especially the cloth store I like it how you put cloths on armor stands and how you enter sanctuary and you just see such a busy area like a normal city or diamond city to be accurate ,now I can't wait to get Fallout 4 G.O.T.Y edition thank you so much man or woman you inspired me so much and my mind is racing just for thinking about it thank you so much for this video thank you. Excellent job, but I REALLY shouldn't look at stuff like this. While my logical brain knows that your build is well above what the average person is gonna do with Sanctuary, I see it and part of my mind says, "Okay, I give up. I'll never do that." :D
On one of my old play throughs at the slog I made it the minutemen capital meaning I had to cram so much into such a little space if I even ran for more than two seconds my game would crash
why do they treat you like you aren't the leader? i refer to regular settlers, not companions of course. that's the only thing i find (really) annoying. the way a random npc gives me a quest to protect sanctuary like he/she is the boss. it keeps me from spending time building a better settlement
GranLizard ikr!! Like all the settlers treat us like shyt. I actually ended up killing off a whole settlement with 18 ppl because one decided to talk some trash about me to my face when I'm the founding father of that great settlement.

I'm trying to copy your power armour and armour base atop your players original house and where you got your Warehouse door that opens with power but it's aggravating can't get certain things to fit exactly where you got them like how did you get your wood floor in the house and how did you build through the spot where your car originally was and parked to make the walls and roof like if you have that save file can you load it up and go into detail of that set up of that house

Very Nice!!! But Here's A Recommendation for your settlement. As The Other Houses in the back of the beginning Aren't used I Would Consider maybe adding Visited center. Why? It Makes it feel More City like. Or maybe for just visitor not stayers. Or Maybe A Public Bathroom. Finally Maybe Either A Hotel Or A Motel. That's all I've got for ideas But Thank you For Reading!!
nice job ,my criticism would be that you've missed the mark on a wasteland vibe ,your structures are a little too conventional ,too large ,but in saying that ,its a quality settlement .

Every good [artist] - such as this one - has implemented a few novel concepts. I would like to see someone whom has taken these ideas in to aggregate, and built something indescribable. My building style is one of archetypal post-modernism. Sanctuary is a fastidiously rendered university. I do wish that I knew how to record and upload footage.
So, might anyone (perhaps even OP) be able to tell me how the F OP managed to roof the workshop that he built above the Sole Survivors house? I can't seem to fit a roof on it since apparently it's higher than the building cap height of Sanctuary.
3:48 - I have tried many times to place balls & cues on a pool table like this. Whether I place them with build mode, or just drop them out of my inventory, they always end up on the floor, or even in different rooms! Anyone got it figured out? The problem seems to occur when I leave the area & then return.
I don't think this would be possible unless on PC... nevertheless this is an amazing amazing job! I applaud it sir. In all honesty I wouldn't mind living there today. lol
I have not played the game since release - and don't recognise half the stuff you have used to build. What mods or expansions have you utilised to do this. Oh sorry forgot to say amazing work.
This looks like you would CTD if ever coming back here though and trying to quicksave. That's what happened tome when building a bigger base in sanctuary.

when did fallout 4 turn into sims? I honestly just put down some beds and was done with it, I wanted to play the game not being Bob the builder. But any who, you did a damn good job build these buildings! 😉
See, this is the kind of great build I have in mind for most settlements, but I just don't have the motivation for it. I get bored of building in Fallout real quick.

Lol. The elevators come in the Contraptions DLC. Anything you see that isn't in the vanilla game was added via one of the DLC's, not mods.

No worries. Settlers wont use the elevators cant really remeber if they use the other stuff
