I'm looking at doing a renovation as well in one of these style condos. What is your opinion on having the living space at the entrance and a king bedroom with couch and entertainment area in the rear portion. It is ocean view. Thank you.

That is so exciting that you are undertaking a renovation project as well! We have shown a few condos set up like this over the years - not many owners change it to this layout - the feedback we get from our clients is that they prefer the living area looking at the ocean as that is where they will be spending most of the time they are awake. Also, if someone gets up first, they can enjoy morning coffee on the balcony vs in a dark front room. Let us know if we can help in any other way!
