Great looking bike,am test riding one soon..that number plate hoop needs to go and replaced with a tail tidy....i actually prefer this to the fxdr114.
I've just got myself a 2021 Euro5 Fat Bob. I want to change the standard exhaust to either the same as this bike or a stainless 2 into 1 then at some point stage2 the bike with an aftermarket cam once the warranty has expired. Which exhaust would you suggest out of the two I've mentioned?
Only thing missing is a start up to show why the exhaust upgrade is so popular. Lovely looking bike, alot of cruisers concern me though as they always praise the low seat height for shorter riders but at 6'6" I worry about fitting and not being cramped up
Hey Jason, If you head over to the S&S website you can hear the start up with the Grand nationals, they've also got a really good youtube channel with loads of info! I believe the Fat bob has got the highest seat height out of any of the softails, and Harley also sell a "Tall boy" seat which brings you up and back so that you can get a bit of extra leg room, but if you're worried about being cramped there's no substitute for sitting on the bike in a showroom and seeing how you feel. I hope that helps, and keep us posted on how you get on!

Dude that bike is great! I like the headlight i like the wheels and i don't care about that thing in the rear wheel just pretend it doesn't exist! Like you said someone who owns a sportbike is gonna love this one, true!
Glad you liked the video bud! I love the way the Fat Bob rides, it almost reminds me of the XR1200! It handles so well, but it's so much more comfortable than the XR and has so much more power! They are awesome bikes.

@@SykesHDUK Yeah i have a 2010 Triumph Street Triple R and the Fat Bob is really the second bike i would like to have, but its really expensive you can get a Panigale V4 for the same money, i think i will have to wait a few years and get it second hand.
Not sure who your Ducati dealer is, but it sounds like they're doing you a massive discount! The standard V4 retails for £19,995 - a Brand New 114 Fat Bob retails for £15,825 That's a pretty big difference in my mind! With that being said they are two very different bikes, I think the real question regardless of price is which one you'd rather own! Don't forget to give us a call when you're shopping for your Fat Bob!

@@SykesHDUK Sorry i didn't mention the prices here in Greece, a Panigale v4 costs around 25k Euros and the same goes for the Fat Bob. Between those 2 though i would buy the Fat Bob, i like the Panigale but its not for the road you know, more of a track bike, i found one Fat Bob here with 4.500 km at 22k Euros, still its expensive. Of course, i will contact you when i finally get one!

its a beautiful bike...BUT is it reliable down the road in few years?
I've already serviced softail Milwaukee-Eight Motors with over 40,000 miles on the clock, and I've seen M8 Tourers with even higher mileage! They're like anything else, keep them maintained well and they'll last forever!

Instead of the usual bronze colored heat shields for the exhaust, I really your black ones (along with the S&S slip on mufflers). Just goes so much better with the bike. Is this an option, aftermarket purchase, or you just painted the existing heat shield?
Thanks Mike, I really like the look of these too! These are a Harley P&A option that any dealer should be able to supply for you. I think they work really well with the S&S mufflers and give the bike a much meaner look!

Hope you can help me .....So i live here in america and i hate the side mount license plate holder can u send me a link to the swing arm mount Harley doesn't offer this on the web sight.... I have a 2020 fat bot with 12 miles on it
Hey Eric, thanks for getting in touch! If you speak to your dealership, they should be able to get you the part number for the swingarm mount, they're standard spec on all European Models. Alternatively there are some aftermarket options which are centre mounts that go under the rear fender, which you may prefer! How much does a new fat Bob cost?
First thing I would do is get rid of those tires. Sport bike guys would hate those. My friend changed them to sport bike tires like night and day.
If there was a two into one exhaust out that would by my second change. Come on TBR you can do it.
