At 04:11 you make an adjustment with curves to darken it, then 'bring it back,' by clicking on the picture. I'm not having the same effect when I click on my image-it remains dark. What am I missing?
Is there a keyboard shortcut you're pressing or something?
Oh. Yeah. Sorry, I inverted the layer by using the shortcut key command+I (on a Mac)

Do you do retouching like this in your daily work as well?
Yeah. I work as a full time freelance photographer/videographer and pretty much retouch all my final images. (Usually 4-6 final images)
