Good instruction from start to finish and one video. Not like someone else on TH-cam who wants you to watch a hundred videos with bits of information mixed in incoherently.

Hi, thanks for the awesome video
Just to confirm, you said 35mm socket to tap the cam seal in?
I am to change the seal in a few days and when checked, the seal looks to be fitting to a 32-33mm socket

Thanks for the content . You mentioned you were from Adelaide ?? Are you a qualified mechanic with a shop or something?? Have just purchased a 150 series V6 Petrol so would love to find a mechanic who knows his way around Prados (I live in Adelaide too) cause I know very little !!!
    Thanks again

Do you happen to have the part numbers of the serpentine belt bearings?

When you remove the cam shaft sprocket bolt do you hold the crankshaft pulley with a socket and likewise when you tighten up the cam bolt do you hold the crankshaft pulley with a bar and socket .

Nice video. Were you able to push the bigger tensioner bearing in with a vice too?

Thanks for this guys ! When I pulled the timing belt cover off the belt wasn’t lined up with the top of the cam markings - am I right to just turn the camshaft until they are in line and THEN take the timing belt off? Or do I need to turn the crankshaft to get it to line up
    Thanks

      Heya,
      Thanks for watching,
Turn the crankshaft till the crankshaft is at top dead centre ,camshaft is at top dead centre and the fuel pump is at timing Mark as well.
