Lucky red, here I am driving all over Adelaide trying to find bits for my courier that shape which seems impossible and you have 2 in a small country QLD town 😂
@KingatowCrew well a bit because mine caught fire sadly, but the main bits I'm struggling with are the fuel sender assembly with lines and the rear wiring loom to the tray. It connects to the main loom behind the rear seat on a dual cab thankfully.
@@KingatowCrew that would be real awesome, there is little aftermarket support for these neat small trucks. Auto parts store said they don't make aftermarket senders for them.
Whats the go with the fairlane ? You know all these aussie fords and holdens are going to go up in value. Todays turds will end up as someones dream car tomorrow. I have an NC fairlane 302, tough old girl , been hauling trailer loads of firewood out of the bush for the last six years.
@@KingatowCrew Mine had and ECU problem , probably caused by a bodgie trans mechanic jump starting it. Cost $500 to have it recoed in Melbourne. Trans itself lost top gear and began making a lot of noise, but it still got me home from Sydney to Tasmania.
@@KingatowCrew There is one major fault with these model 302s, which is easily fixed. A clogged filter below the PCV, causes crank case pressure , blows oil into the throttle body , out of the dipstick, and in my case , blew out the sump gasket. The falcon , these 250s usually blow a head gasket at about the 300000 mark , fix it and they are good for another 300000

I have a Navara, the fuel pump is in the tank on mine
