7:45 I'd like to make a correction
Zodiac whilst it was removed off the list shortly after Xander came clean, this wasn't due to RobTop or the Demon List team -- the reason why Zodiac was removed was due to Xander updating the level to an impossible Simpsons themed 1.0 level for a day or two, before it was reverted and the level was moved to Bianox's account

Honestly glad Andromeda made a comeback and legitimately beat what he cheated before. There is quite a difference when someone confesses to cheating instead of being cornered.

ill never forgive snakeuk, cyclic was very similarly exposed but came fully clean and actually worked on regaining respect, also it was kind of mindblowing that riots competition was a facade lol. space just stole the spotlight entirely and community respect was siphoned to him..

Cyclic was used to be number 1 of leaderboard back in March 2015, fast forward to 2016 he said he will be back playing gd after high school graduation and one time he got bullied by riot's new fanbase and hence he quit the game, it's really sad when cyclic quit gd after getting cyberbullied
Andromeda was the most respected man in the whole gd community
When he confessed about hacking, many people had already forgave him, but he still felt guilty of his actions.
After beating his hacked achievements, everyone looked up to him and made a legendary comeback.
Really sucks to hear about RobTop being a hacker. I'm glad he came clean.

I personally believe Cyclic was never a hacker. The only proven hacked levels were Old Sonic Wave and The Hell Zone. He just wanted to leave the community. He basically did the opposite of what SpaceUk did.

Literally the entire gd community at the time was watching him playing bloodbath on stream at the time and he was by far the most hyped up player at the time. The video is fairly accurate but that shit made me laugh

Yeah the community forgave him, because it seemed like he genuinely felt guilty about what he did. He quit GD for many months after he confessed. Even Riot has forgiven him
He’s not as active now, but he still plays and beats levels occasionally.

on a side note, endlevel hacking has got to be one of the more interesting things in the community. its not remembered very well, little evidence of it exists today, it didn't even really cause that big of an unroar at the time, and he even outlined the "method" he used to hack in order to expose others for hacking.

This video is well made. I like it a lot, you researched quite well and it is very well edited, but one quick thing I wanna mention. At 2:47, people who don't know Geometry Dash that well could eventually think, that Sonic Wave is more or less just a copy of Poltergeist, which is not the case. People Who know of the Nine Circles trend from back then do know about it or at least most of them, but newer people may mistake Poltergeist as being an original level with the effects and gameplay mechanics. Just a thing about the understanding, otherwise I like this video quite a lot. Good work was done here.
