I used my MT sitting around last week to rip a 10 box and got 100 overall Larry Bird. I’m not sure how the other cards play but there’s nothing extra special about that card. He’s fun, don’t get me wrong, but if the rest of them are like that, don’t worry about FOMO, you’re not missing much.

The worst part is you have no equity for your investment because you only get to play with the cards for 2 years and most stop playing when the new 2k comes out. We are now making imaginary car notes every month.
In 2K22 they had guaranteed dark matter packs that were auctionable and were 20K VC around the same time of year. Now they are 10x more, and there is no auction house to sell a duplicate. Imagine spending $50 for a virtual card that will be irrelevant in a few weeks. It is incomprehensible to me.
So don't buy it. Simple. I don't know what the problem is? If the card sucks, will be outdated in a week and there are cards as good as them that are less expensive use them. Why you mad about it?
it's all about money for 2k I think the mode is done, I believe the reason they removed kobe from final collector lvl reward is because they realized they could make more money from goat kobe packs. Also the pg13 error made it easier to complete collector lvl so more people would spend less money on packs for kobe. I think lizard people was a very accurate description lol

Bro on Monday i spent 400k Mt out of my 1mill saved at 11:45 am when the unfazed set came to the store.. only came whitmore which i sold to save. Yesterday I got drunk after like 2 years sober and I went on an “unfazed” hunt for ANY Larry Bird. Bro I only got 98 overall Bird thar quicksells 16k MT and NO OTHER CARD EXCEPT SEASON SERIES 2’. RIP 1mill MT THAT I SAVED ALL SEASON 6. I swear if I bought VC i would got so much better luck… save Mt for lock-ins , not to gamble with. Also it might be relevant to mention that i pulled all 1mill on mobile although I play on PS5. Never pulling any pack on mobile again idk man
I only pull with MT 99% of the time. Any VC I have is from MyCareer and I don't normally use it, just when i'm locking in a set. I have pulled some of the best cards. I pulled AK from an MT single and that was literally the only pack from the Bionic I messed with. It's all dumb luck. Also, really sorry, man. Back on the sobriety grind. A set back isn't failure. Stay up!

After this, I am immediately thinking of flat out QUITTING the mode for good for 2K24. Ridiculous...

The funny thing is most of the whales are absolute garbage at the game. They can’t play on ball defense, can’t dribble, and just spam picks/back door cuts to score. So I don’t really understand why these people drop thousands and they barely play the game. ☠️
