- Picked up the new Yeti Roadie 32 and absolutely love this cooler. I think it is the perfect size and really feel this is one of Yeti's better coolers! I also compare it with the 24 and 48 so you can see the differences between the three of them. Hope you like the video. JD

One of the best Yeti enthusiast. Always reviewing the latest products. Sadly not being able to fit in the trunk of a sedan is a dealbreaker for me.
I understand. But I will tell you the 32 is my new go to cooler. Love it. JD
We all get hooked, bud. You are not alone! Time to finish video!! Absolutely love yeti products!!!!
Haha yeah I'm definitely hooked. Thanks. JD
In my opinion it is for good reason tho, as so far it has lived up to its reputation for ruggedness. Have a great safe memorial weekend!
Fantastic review, i had been waiting for something like the 32. Thank you
Thank you, glad you liked the video. The 32 is the perfect size for me, I love it. JD
Was considering the 32 and will definitely be getting it now based on the truck tonneau cover that I have on my truck. Great review!
Awesome and thank you! I love mine. We are headed to Panama for the weekend and my 32 is w me. 48 is at home. JD
Thank you for doing the comparison with the 32 and the car trunks, exactly what I was looking for! Great review as well!
@@ulyssessigaran9912 you’re welcome! It’s a great cooler! Thanks for checking out the video. Review on the new roadie 15 coming soon. JD
Excellent review. It was very detailed and thorough. I found your channel by accident. I am now a new subscriber and I look forward to more of your reviews.
Thank you for that feedback! Hope you enjoy the channel. JD
Great review as always. You do good work JD.
Thank you Tommy!! JD
Great video. Getting ready to order the 32. Trading beer for ice = colder beer:). Also enjoyed the cameo by the fine pup.
Thank you. I’ve used the 32 more now and I love it. Perfect size. Jake enjoys being in the videos I think. Over the years he seems to make an appearance in most of them! JD.
great review - thanks to you and Jake!
@@magus269 you’re welcome. Thanks for checking it out. JD
Great to see my go to Yeti expert review the newest cooler. I’m a fan of the shape. Will have to decide between this and the red/white/blue tundra 45 when it rereleases
Thank you!! I love the 32 and am really impressed with it in the short time I've had it. I saw the red/white/blue tundra when it came out but thought the white latches would get dirty easily. I also have a 45 in KCO so for the price and since I just bought the 32 I held off. Now it's sold out I guess. It would be hard for me honestly to buy another cooler that doesn't have wheels as they make the cooler so much more useful and easier to deal with. Let me know if you get it, it's a cool looking cooler for sure and believe me I was tempted. JD
the vid we've been waiting for! im eating breakfast while watching this
Hope you like it!! JD
@@JDOffline great vid as always!
@@HeCute_ thank you!!!
As always, very solid , informative and entertaining video!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing!!!! Stay revd, stay amped have fun , be safe and as always rock da fok on!!! 🤘
Thanks for checking out the video! JD
Thanks for the video review… gonna have to get a 32 also!
32 is a great cooler. Price goes up but for the capacity and wheels and handle it is worth it. JD
Good review as always 👍
Thanks! 👍
You should make a shirt that’s says “yeti got me again” lol love the reviews by the way and instantly subscribed. Your reviews come off fair and honest compared to other channels
@@rayrenz3599 Thank you for that feedback and that would be a funny shirt. JD
” Yeti got me again”. Hell of an intro 😂😂
Yes Sir they sure did!! Thanks for checking out the video. JD
I just ordered the roadie 60. I have not received it yet. Hoping it is not too big. But the cost premium over the roadie 48 was small potatoes once deciding to spend that much on a cooler. Thank you for the review. I appreciate it
Glad it helped! Good luck with your new cooker. JD
Thanks for doing this video, I couldn't decide between the 32 or the 48.
You're welcome. Enjoy whichever cooler you selected, can't go wrong either way I don't think. JD
@@JDOffline I went with the Roadie 32 since Yeti only had the new Key Lime in that size.
@@konopamike that’s a great cooler. I love mine. The 48 is nice but it’s huge and the 32 fits 98% of my applications. Good choice. JD
Great review!!!👍
Thank you. JD
JD, now you gotta get the Yeti 15 and do another review lol!
It’s on its way! Review coming soon. JD
Yeti gots me hooked too Got a Hopper Flip 12(DesertClay), A Tundra65(RescueRed), A Tundra65(Navy), Yeti Rambler 355ml Colster 2.0 Can Insulator - Rescue Red × 3, Yeti Roadie 60 (Big Wave Blue), Yeti Ice - 4Lb × 6 👍
Nice collection!! I just ordered the new Roadie 15 so they got me again. JD
You can also fit the large dry fit basket in the 24 if you put it sideways. I'm hooked on Yeti too!
I've heard that about the large ones but can't seem to find mine for some reason to test it. JD
I bought the yeti roadie 32 big wave blue. It’s awesome
Awesome so far it’s my new go to cooler! No regrets. JD
Good luck on all the content. Curious if you’re gonna get the new roadie 15? There’s little to no videos out on it currently
Thanks. The roadie 15 was just released yesterday so no one has one yet. I ordered one in red yesterday morning and hope to have a video on it within a week or so. JD
FINALLY, I was going to get the 45, but this is perfect, I have the 24 and 48, now I can have all 3,
24:Water
32:Sodas
48:Beer🍺🍻
Perfect!! JD
What about the 60 lol
@@2quick524 Haha it’s huge!! JD
Actually the 48 dry basket fits in the 24 & 32 in the opposite direction. You should try it.
I couldn’t find mine to test that. Thanks for the info. JD
My dog comes running as soon as she hears my ice machine she loves ice
Thats cool. Thanks for checking out the video. JD
Where’s the Raodie 60. Awesome video. I’ll bet you’d be doing all right. If you did the yeti ice and ice combo in the Roadie 32 with 36 beers.
Haha no 60, I never did get one after learning the 48 won't fit in my truck with the bed cover on it so I passed on that one! Check out the new 15 dropping tomorrow on their website. JD
Great review. By chance do you know when it will hit retail stores?
Thanks. I don’t know when they will hit retail stores. I would think soon but really have no idea. JD
A good video to do would be a comparison and use cases of the 32 and the Tundra 45 because they’re so close in size.
Good idea. JD
Shout out to Jake!!! Thanks for the video. Looks Like I’m about to drop $350
Haha you won’t regret it! Prob best cooker from yeti in my opinion. JD
I've been waiting for a video on the new Roadie 32, since none of our stores in PA have them yet. Great content in showing the comparisons. I'm going to hold out in hopes Yeti produces the 32 in King Crab Orange. I have the 60 roadie in Rescue Red, but feel there's a slight pinkish tint to it. Do you see that in your 32? King Crab is probably my favorite color of the bunch.
Don't know where you're at in PA, but I found the blue & red 32s at a few Dick's near me over the weekend. I saw it in stock online on Friday, so should probably be at your local one soon.
King Crab Orange is my favorite color as well!! So far my rescue red is still pretty red but the lid where it has the non slip texture is a little more pinkish. I'm a little concerned about the red fading but time will tell and it does have a 5 year warranty. I can tell you I love the 32, it is the perfect size and the more useful and easier to deal with that a cooler is the more you will use it. If you need the capacity of the 60 then of course you will still use it but this 32 is my new go to cooler. Maybe even more so than my flip 18 (which I just got in king crab orange). Hope this helps, this cooler will be popular so it may be best to wait for more colors? I would be tempted by an orange one in the 32 size as well!! JD
@@JDOffline Good to know about your rescue red. I'm hoping the color holds up on mine too. Harvest red is another color I like just about as much as King Crab Orange. I thought it was super interesting that Yeti brought back the King Crab Orange this spiring...there was such a high demand for it, and when it seemed like it was hard color to find anymore, Yeti brought it back. Can't wait to see the 32 up close, but will hold off in purchasing to see if they make it in other colors first. Not sure I'd buy yet another cooler in rescue red. Agree that the size of the 32 will likely make it popular. Keep the Yeti videos coming, they are great.
@@Neenerr55 Thanks for letting me know. I also saw online this week that a few of my local Dick's had a couple in stock. I've observed that some Dicks stores will have new colors in Yeti products on their floor before Yeti even promotes them on their web site (i.e. King Crab Orange and Agave Teal). Thanks again for the heads up.
@@jasonloesche1419 thank you!! I agree the orange is popular. Hopefully they will make the 32 in orange soon. Keep me posted how your rescue red holds up. JD
Wait...Miller Lite??? Congrats on the switch! Did Kid Rock help you with that decision? 🤪
Haha you noticed that huh?? Kid rock “may” have influenced that! JD
They don’t put a drain plug on the 24 because it is designed to be able to sit directly behind your seat in your vehicle. Not having a drain plug in it prevents water from leaking out of the cooler and all over your car
I test fit it behind my seat in my truck and it didn’t fit. 2021 Chevy 2500 4 door. I do understand what you’re saying and thanks for pointing that out for others. I actually never thought of that as being the reason. JD
I’m trying to decide between the Roadie 60 or the Tundra Haul. Any thoughts?
Two great choices. I don’t have a 60 but know it’s a big tall cooler. For my uses I prefer the haul over even the roadie 48 that I do have because it fits under my bed cover in my truck where the 48 does not. Can’t really go wrong either way but I prefer the haul. Also easier to find things in the cooler because it’s much more rectangular. Hope this helps. JD.
👍👌
Thanks!!
Huge oversight to not include a hole for a lock on these to make them bear proof. Did you get a coupon for a free lock?
I did not and you are correct no easy way to lock this cooler if you’re in bear country!! Tundra haul may be a better choice if locking your cooler is a priority. JD
I want the 24 with wheels and a trolley, the 32 is way too large for my use
I think there’s a market out there for a cooler around the size of the 24 with wheels for sure. Maybe yeti will make one soon. JD.
@@JDOffline yeah, i work outdoors and have a long walk to the area i work. The 24 would be a great size, the 32 is just obnoxiously huge for 1 person for 1 day
How will this work on the beach?
The wheeled coolers do great in any terrain except super soft sugar sand. Even then they still roll/drag and it’s still better than carrying a heavy cooler. You’ve got to have some really wide tires to roll through loose beach sand and that to me would not be practical for a cooler. May look kind of cool though. Hope this helps. JD
Now the yeti roadie 15 is coming out 😂 thoughts?
I just saw that as well!! I'm surprised they are making a smaller one like that (I noticed it has a drain plug unlike the 24!). It seems like it will compete with the flip 18 in terms of a day cooler but with better ice retention and for $200 vs the flip 18 price of $300. I really think Yeti should make a smaller cooler with wheels. I feel there is a market for that and it would sell well. Maybe something around the "20" size in between this new 15 and the 24. On their website today it says it drops tomorrow. I want to order one but I wish they had more colors available like King Crab Orange (my fav Yeti color). We will see! JD
are the Roadie 32s made in the USA
Yeti is based in Texas but some of their manufacturing is done overseas and some is done in the USA. Not sure where the 32 is made. JD
What do you do for a living??
I work a day job like everyone else! Wish I could say TH-cam but that is not the case. JD
JAKE AND MILLER LITE... Life is good:)
Yes no complaints!! JD
You forgot the 60 Roadie review. You need to get the 60.
Haha no I don’t have the 60. Love the 32!! In Panama City beach Florida for Memorial Day and loving the 32!! JD
Have you gotten the 60 Roadie yet and done a comparison? Thank you!
@@glynnmaddox4546 No I haven’t and probably won’t because the roadie 48 doesn’t fit in my truck w the bed cover on so I’m not planning to buy one. It’s a monster for sure. I’d like to have one in the collection ( I know I’m contradicting myself. Haha). I did just get the roadie 15 and will have a video on that at some point this weekend hopefully. JD
Enjoy the video, but the Roadies are not rotomolded.
I believe they are injection molded. Never really understood the difference until I made this video and a few people called that out. Still no expert!! Thanks for checking out the video. JD.
Didn't you use to drink budlight
Yes I did!! Caught that didn’t you! Miller Lite is my choice now. JD.
@@JDOffline yeah it's a good beer
@@nahumdeleon8453 agreed!
Miller not bud, things have changed 😅😅
Haha you noticed that? That's funny. JD
Luckily the roadie 15 will fit in the trunk of those cars
It will!!! Can’t wait to get it. JD
