Very smooth playing. Well done. My band just decided to do this song and now I don't have to sit down and work it out. I just sat and watched what you were doing and rocked a pleasing approximation last night at practice. Thanks for doing the leg work. :)
I have to learn this one for a cover band I play with, and until now your version of this solo is the best I could find on youtube. Some notes may be wrong here and there but your general feeling and rythme is really good, great job ! Thanks for making my work easier :-)
@RanndomTV Hello. My strings here are gauge 10s; 9s and 8s are the thinnest. I've stuck out using 10s for a while to strengthen my fingers which then helps bending control. When I use my Ibanez JEM with 9s on it I can play fast and easier. so it works out great. Playing rock'n'roll/rock stuff on a LP shaped body is always best to use 10s. You also get a thicker sound, so it helps the pickups grab more tone. Thanks a lot! ;)
@nvmelden Thanks a lot fellow youtuber. I am appalled at the tone I shitted out for this performance. Never again!... It's like .. some sorta fuzzy grinding sound. These dark days are behind me know anyway.. I've moved on. =) Thank you!
That is easily one of the most accurately covered an well played solos on TH-cam dude. Awesomely played !
