3:01 Who can do the Ausbildung? So first of all we are going to tell you what is Ausbildung. So Ausbildung is a dual education program and it has the theory and the practical as well.
if you are doing an ausbildung or vocational training in Germany you have to go for the theory classes in Berufsschule which is a professional schools of German government and the practical or the internship you are going to do at the company. So this is a combination of theory and practical and after the completion of this three years course it opens a lot of opportunities for you in Germany. Now coming to the duration of the ausbildung. So there are many professions where the duration is of three years. There are some professions where you have to study and do the internship for three and a half years and there are also professions which last around two years. on an average I would say the duration of most of the courses is three years.
Now coming to the professions available in Germany for Indian students. Most of the professions are available in gastronomy. So you can go for hotel expert, restaurant expert Cook, chef, butcher, baker and apart from gastronomy there are courses available in healthcare, for example nursing.
Apart from healthcare there are open positions for Ausbildung in mechatronics, mechanical driver you can go for bus driver or truck driver, animal husbandry you can go for gardener, you can go for construction. And now the benefit of Ausbildung. During this Ausbildung you will get a monthly stipend from the company and this stipend includes the food and accommodation as well.
and the stipend ranges between €945 up to 1300 euro per month depending on the profession and also the employer and also the city or state you are going in. Apart from the stipend you'll be getting a weekly offs and you'll be getting annual leaves which you can utilize as per your requirement like once a year or maybe twice any year. And apart from the annual leaves another benefit is that you don't have to show any blocked account for this particular course because you are anyways going to get the stipend from the employer on a monthly basis. And during this Ausbildung you can do overtime as well.
And apart from overtime, once the course is completed after three years, maybe three and a half years, there would be a lot of, lot of job opportunities in the same profession. So these are the benefits after completion of this program.
After completion of three years, you can continue working with the same employer or you can look for opportunities outside. And also after this program you would be eligible to apply for PR as well. And once you are settled there, once you are doing a job, you can ask your spouse to come to Germany or you can bring , your parents over there. Now coming to the eligibility criteria like who can do this Ausbildung.
So anyone who has done twelve years of schooling in India and is aged between 18 and 30 can go for this particular program. And anyone who is willing to do HM or nursing, GNM, ANM or BSE in India. I would suggest them to go for this particular program. For example, the people who are willing to do here in India. We would suggest that they should go for this particular program in Germany because during this program they are going to get paid.
And also it's not only the theory classes, they are going to get the hand on experience during their study. They are going to work. So this experience is going to be counted as an experience.

What if someone crossed 30 age? Is there any option for the people who are in the age of 35 or above?

There is no such age limit if you are already in Germany. But in case of applicants from non EU countries, it depends on the decision of the German employer whether to accept the profiles above 30 or 35. We have placed many candidates who were 30+.
