Lyn is my favorite Fire Emblem character of all time, but even I have to admit that doing 17 damage at level 20 on *chapter fucking 3* is just comedic at this point
I really hate when the game says that. Excuse me, how is training my troops before sending them on a death island incomprehensible? Am I just supposed to give a bow to a random 7 year old and yeet them on the front lines? Would that make more sense to you, game?
@@ironmilutina year late, but you aren't really "training" them; you are sending them to the arena for them to either die or bring money back. As far as the game is concerned, you are a Machiavellic- "the ends justify the means"- and an irresponsible gambler type of strategist, who would rather bet on troops' lives than set out to complete the mission at hand.

You could probably test if battles count past 999 against the final boss if you have enough staves or hack in perfect avoid. Or watch RAM to find relevant variables.
I was wondering about if the 999 battles could screw up that tactician ranking. Guess we wont find out today. I was expecting lyn to get shot by many archers in this playthrough.
@@michael_betts likely. If I were to program something like this, I would make a separate counter rather than fetching all the conbat data from the units…
Well regardless, we wont find out til the run is over since the game doesnt show those stats til the postgame credits. What excelblem tells us is just his careful calculations based on serenes forest data.
@@Samissa806 I believe that, since the game forces you to go out of your way to recruit Dorcas, there won't be anyone to defend Natalie, which might make the run unwinnable
I’m talking about his minor oversight about Lyn’s battle count since I totally called something in the plan going wrong with her getting capped in the prior chapter.
This time Excelblem is going to sacrifice the progress to 1 star on Survival rating even though there are potential victims? How unusual. I expected the worst. But I guess that's the price paid for level 20.
Hey Excel, are you ever going to continue the FE11 max death run? Really enjoyed that one, but maybe you said you were abandoning it in the last stream and i didn’t notice it.
Excelblem is gonna get to the end and realize he has like a 5 star in tactics because of turn overflow or something
I have no doubt he’ll muck it up somehow lol
Survival map lol
Enemy Archer: "Why won't you die!?"
Wil: "Nanomachines, son."
Lyn, who did the same shit last chapter: "I raised that boy."

Stand still in a bush while dodging enemy bowfire, mind you
Pretty close to his actual character arc in the game, too!

For the amount of effort excelblem puts into these videos they are CRIMINALLY underrated. These are so entertaining to watch
It's hilariously sad that a level 20 Lyn is only doing 12 damage to an enemy with 5 defense.

The whole point of the challenge is to make everything go horribly wrong.

How many times did you use the Manni Katti?
What do tactician points do anyways? I never thought they did anything.
wouldn't it be better to discard the weapons at the end of the chapter so you can get the most use out of them?
