Two Storey Tiny House ( 300 Square feet )
A tiny house can be both beautifully simple and luxurious at the same time and this enchanting tiny home is a fantastic example of just that.
Designed by Woodnest this house is filled with brilliant design ideas. From the panoramic views afforded by the many windows, to the clever interior layout, this home is a testament to what can be achieved when simple design is done well.
Inside, the home feels spacious and thanks to the large windows remains completely connected to, yet still protected from the forest which surrounds it. Everything has been beautifully, yet simply designed to provide a space which is functional and without excess, yet still provides a feeling of luxury. Plants, drawings and lovely lighting features throughout the home help to accentuate a sense of art and creativity.

    Size : 3.5 x 8 Meters
    Area : 300 SQFT

I would want a shower not a tub, would extend the ground floor covered patio to the entire length of the tiny. Is lacking a bit of storage as well. Would also prefer some more privacy in the bedroom from the lower level in case you have guests.

My thought too, also it adds living space even when it's raining. I'd also like to see more storage somehow. There is some for clothing, but Holiday ornaments, camping gear, and other miscellany? When there is not storage room , things become cluttered
with "stuff" crammed everywhere. I love the bedroom closet unit.

considering it's classed as a tiny home, it seems more spacious inside than i expected it to be and a lot of thought and imagination was clearly put into building it. it has everything a home needs, which just goes to show you don't need lot's of space to live a comfortable life. i could definatly live in a home like this

It started out as a shed, but my uncle added insulation, electrical, laminate floors, drywall, windows and blinds, an extra door, and a tiny porch. Right now It's just an empty space, and I've been searching the internet for a way to make it a home. This is perfect! I can finish the ground floor in about 2 weeks and have an upstairs put on it. I like that for once the staircase in a tiny home, actually has a proper staircase railing and with it being on the correct side. Too often they have a rail on the wall side with the opposite side open to the possibility of falling. This one, the layout of the stairs with the twist is also great. To add a pop of colour, I’d consider adding a pretty wallpaper design on the white trends of the stairs. A stick n peel wallpaper for flexibility. I couldn’t see power points on the kitchen benches. The design of the kitchen was nice, great that it had a full size fridge, hot plates/stovetop and oven. Nice living room and fireplace. Bathroom - love that it had a bathtub and shower over it. Upstairs bedroom was wonderful in that you can stand upright rather than being a gorilla crouching. Nice wardrobe + desk area. Great to have a balcony verandah. Back to downstairs and the entry - the decking downstairs with the covering is one thing I’d change - I’d not have colorbond tin roofing, instead I’d have clear panelling covering as it would still provide shelter from the rain, snow, heat but it would allow sunlight in to the entry and living room. With the cover that is there, it tends to darken it. Overall, I like the design a lot

However, I'd definitely need more kitchen cabinets... perhaps the breakfast table can accommodate some. The only other thing I would've done differently, is lower the bathroom and laundry ceiling so as to have less steps going up to the bedroom; especially at a retirement age, one needs to avoid that many steps. The only change I would make is to have a rooftop deck as a 3rd floor and make the bedroom larger.

Would either have my patio on the first floor and expand my bedroom into a master! Why take away from a bedroom for a patio? Or make a sunroom attached to my master !

I would love to create a tiny home community with two story, tiny homes like this. Instead of huge giant houses that take up too much space. With this concept, could have more land to put a ton of tiny two story homes, land left for gardens, small pools, playground for kids, and a lil convenience store, laundry Matt for the residents as well. And a gaming/pool tables/arcade/ect building for the adults, teens. And make a lake like area, with sand to feel as though everyones at the beach, with grills for bar-b-queing, b-day parties, ect.

Too many windows. I'd also nix the deck for a library. Also, I'd feel rather vulnerable with all glass sliding doors. Otherwise, it's a cute little home.

Poor use of space I'd make the patio downstairs and make a second bedroom upstairs I'd make the bagthroom a bit smaller or put the washer/dryer in the bathroom and make a bigger living room
