I landed about 20 minutes before the winds arrived. Strongest Winds I experienced in Las Vegas. The desert was my home for about 20 years. Great memories. Raised My son there. ☀️💛🌵
What a cool place you found. I surely would do more exploring and take your time. It could be far more interesting the a brief flash through like you did. I sure enjoyed what I saw!
Cool finds back there! I had no idea there were so many mines and prospects up on the hill. Was thinking they were using it as a stop on an ATV tour or for a cookout maybe. It would be cool to have live music back there and a bbq. PS: "I have a flashlight on my phone" famous last words🤣 Joel hopping around above the shaft had me nervous!
we lived in Henderson Nevada for 20+ years. Nelson as one of our favorite day trips, we loved to rockhound there. you have to be extremely careful what areas you visit. it as a well known fact that a lot of these mines people used to manufacture meth. people use to come up missing when they explored the wrong area.
This was a mining camp, not really a town. The newer buildings are from a defunct off road adventure tour group business. Your friend was in no danger atop the mine shaft unless he tripped and fell in. The Cholla cactus seems like it jumps out and bites you... my least favorite cactus lol.

5:00 Pyrite has a small amount of gold in it. A piece as large as he held in his hand would be worth bteaking down to extract the gold by a private citizen. Also, where there is pyrite there is gold. Get yourself a restored or low mileage Honda 90 trail bike with dual speed range transmission. It's better than that electric bike. They'll climb like a mule.
😂😂😂😂😂😂 you guys obviously have no idea what you're doing and very unprepared and people have been there many times. The last time I was out there there was a big group they shot a movie out there😂😂😂😂😂
Kudoos for not tresspassing on Marked private property with a sign. Here in my state, no strangers within 175 feet of my signs. I wish all parents would grill this into their kids brains on a monthly basis until they leave the nest. Parents are certainly the 1st too grab stolen goods & toss them without growing a pair by returning the goods in good faith. " Hey you, so sorry my kid was so stupid. My apologees for your inconveniance caused by my kid ( s ). " Oh And how about fixing my fence they trampled, warped, & stretched out? Parents should do more than just selfishness when it comes to little Billy being a criminal. Make him face up to his wrongs & maybe he won't grow up slashing car tires & harrassing others. Really.

If anyone can identify the boat in the video please don't hesitate to share, thanks for watching!
Maybe its water storage, since it has a water spigot.
Looks like they drug it up there as a water storage tank.

It's an old life boat.
Old movie set, 1930 - 1964 is what you dated the nails at, PRIME ERA for old country western movies and tv shows.
Joel is cool so hope to see him again. Loved the desert boat I wouldn't think would float.
We could see so much more there you could find.
What a cool find!
That was a great e-bike adventure video, the camera work was excellent.

I love finding places like this. What a great find! Excellent video. Much respect to you for not trespassing. I won't either.
That was fun. You find the coolest places. Thank you William and Joel.☮️💖🎶
Hope you have a great week thanks for for sharing your time
Man that was so cool, would like to see more thanks for posting.

Joe is very cool
Fun video
Always carry a flashlight
Very neat place, a boat, way out there, a long way from water.

Marvelous adventure today!
Another great video! thx. I am wondering, of the Ebikes you have, which is the best at off road hill climbing bike?
I put a link to it in the description, not great for hills but I don't mind working at it.
Wieder ein Supervideo über einen lost place.
Your friend reminded me of the
movie the big lebowski funny old
movie you would like if you haven't
seen it stay safe out there
Some former event location for tourists probably
maybe boat was used as a water storage tank for house below
Joe is a wild man😂
Liked the outdoor kitchen, looks like what they found and build a town around it? Glad you had a friend with you, call for help if needed. Thanks
Wouldnt call that a "town", more like camping grounds for movie shoot, prob from the 1950's
Impossible to imagine the miners going into those dangerous drifts for a day's work!
That boat looked to be a couple thousand pounds, I'm baffled by how they got it up on that ridge
this was cool to see, thanks!
it looks like the Gunsmoke set from the 365th episode. Regards from Ody SLim
Good video
Looks like a Cowboy Action shooting facility. Kinda fancy one.
Looks a lot like an abandoned movie set
The boat looks like it's a life boat
It was an attempt by someone in the 60's I believe, to make a western themed park. You Tuber Mixup 98 had on one of his shows an couple years ago!
The car at the end is an early 50's Caddy.
That was cool. I'd love to live there.
First off, the Colorado river starts in Colorado. Second, it feeds lake meade.

@@justme-n-gracie so much here?
Looks like the boat was there to hold water in it like a water tank.
1930 was 94 years ago, so, you were close to guessing the age of this stone structure, not too bad!
We need somebody to send you a full suspension mtb to get you out and around all the steeper more fun stuff
Wonder if it's an old movie set
Colorado river longboat?
Looks like the ghost town is a filming set or event location. The rock cabins may be original.
That boat looks like its from ww1 or ww2. How the hell did they get it up there.
the boat was used for water storage.
They set it up as a water storage tank
mother Gaia got mad at Joe for wanting to take that crystal 🌵
That's hilarious 😂
Probably some things could have been for a movie set or mission or cult LoL
Hidden outlaw camp🤫🤣
😎
They filmed a movie back in the late 50s there
Do you know the title?

since they have become so popular recently (again) the prices for used/restored are about the same as a new one.
@@justme-n-gracie The new Honda doesn't have a dual speed range gear box. That is a huge let down. Get an older one.
jumping cholla!
I would just move there uk sucks now
I bet it’s a movie set
Ahh makes sense
@@RemoteTrooper great video by the way.
how come no one ever planted an apple or cherry tree in these old ghost towns?
sail boat?
Probably old entrances to Deep Underground Military Bases

nice to hear from an expert.... even a self proclaimed one.
