    Thank you so much Mr. Kramer for this video. I have been out of the job market for 15 years because I was taking care of an elderly parent for that long. Now that I am done with care giving. because my parent went to heaven. I am clueless about finding a job using the Internet and getting a job in this economy. Your video helped me learn about selling myself and what employers are looking for. Thank you very much for this.

    Hands down, this video rocks! Love the information you share and the thought that the person being interviewed can drive the interview. What??? You mean there are no "rules" in an interview??? Fricken awesome. Interviews always feel like you're at the mercy of the interviewer. The "personal sales booklet" is a brilliant idea. Five to ten color pages all about me is so much more exciting than your typical black & white resume. Now that's thinking outside the box. This information allows you to change the interview from a question firing squad to a well presented sales conversation about you. Eric, thanks so much!

    Thank you Eric Kramer! Your videos and your website are very informative and helpful. I have been applying and interviewing for jobs for the last 3 years with no luck. I followed your tips and also made an interview presentation for an interview I had last week. The interviewers were very impressed. I just found out I GOT THE JOB!!!
    When I got called for the job offer she mentioned my presentation. She said she had many good candidates apply so I should be proud of myself. I definitely think the presentation helped set me apart from the other candidates. She also mentioned it showed that I was organized which is one of the things the position requires.
    Thanks Again!!

    Great Job with this video about interviews.
    Another point,some Hiring Manger's are afraid of "very ambitious" / candidates who have more experience/qualifications then themselves. Had one interview to which i felt it went well but the only feedback I received was " ..this role would be a backward step in your career". I found out in the end I had a more broader experience & more qualification then her. I came for a job not f***ing career's advice.

      hello eric,
      I am going through a horrible time since one year. I am unemployed and have been finding it hard to get companies to respond to my resume submissions. what could be the reason for this? getting an interview will only lead me to later things..right?.

    Blehhhhhhhh. What a bunch of hogpog. The only things you need to know is 1. the company 2. why you want to be part of it 3. what you can do to help improve the company (experience, communication, team). Done. You don't need to buy his fucking book and waste money on another yabbermouth. The most important thing to remember is to lead the interview. That means shutting the interviewer up about their company (by saying, "wait so [such and such]" and breaking them up as much as possible because 1. that says that you have worth and 2. you know that everything their saying is just to get you to summarize what they've said (listening skills).

      people make lightbulbs to this day, but how do they know how to make them if they werent the inventors?... my guess is that they must have read….a book…..?

    • @Psyondrax1
      @Psyondrax1 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jip Taylor My guess is that you don't know anything outside of books, which is really sad.

    • @Psyondrax1
      @Psyondrax1 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jip Taylor Funny how you talk about children because you are a child. You can't even think straight because of how shallow you are. You're not even worth talking too. Notice how you try to avoid my question because you don't want to admit that you're wrong. You're thinking is that inventors must have read books for their intellect. You can't even think outside the box. Troll.
