    My folks are from Croatia.. I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio.. We made whole head sauerkraut, sausages, Slanina, you name it.. I am about to make a couple barrels of sauerkraut and am finishing my cold smoke house. You did such an excellent job with the sarma.. really amazing.. Top quality. I love how the only thing you were slightly unhappy about was not having your own sausage for this.. You treat the sarma with the reverence they deserve.
