Was nice seeing Mikey on another channel besides his own, shows him slightly more goofy/loose and not as scripted it feels.
I dont think that mikeys videos are scripted
he does look extremely awkward when on these collabs though, especially on that one that he posted in his own channel where they eating chinese food.. it feels like its mikey really forces sonny to eat Asian food and ignore most of his comments
for example 12:46.. on this video.
while on the other video he is acting like that most of the time to sonny

@@sdhg88 I don’t mean scripted like written out. But his descriptions of foods feels like he stays up at night thinking about how to describe foods with fancy elaborate sayings. Like Mikey gets to choose what he shows his viewers but in the case of Sonny’s videos we get to see what Sonny wants to show us, so it’s not the same surprised Mikey face and “oh that’s really good” instead we see him through neutral eyes.

If you want lobster you should go to Maine, there’s an island called vinyl haven that has a lot of lobstermen and processing places, LL Bean even has a plant there

So happy to see you guys finally collaborate! I've watched both on this channel as well as Mike's and it's pretty cool to see you guys do your thing in your own respective channel. I do agree that Calvin has a better chemistry with Sonny, but it's an unfair comparison because it's only Mike's first time with Sonny. Is it just me or is this collab vid a lot better than the one posted on mike's channel (the spicy noodle challenge one). Their chemistry here is perf, no awkward tension. Unlike that other video
I agree that it was less awkward than the other one, but still not fluid like when he’s with Calvin. There was that jab at the end about Mikey not offering to pay for any of the food either, which was reeeeally awkward and could have been edited out but was kept in there. I just don’t enjoy this collab at all, but that’s just my opinion.
