As an American, I have to say...I much prefer this tour, the courses, the commentary...zero 'judgement' from the commentators...absolute class all the way around. Congrats to Paul but also a huge congrats to everyone involved. Looking forward to more coverage!
Just a tiny correction. It is mainly Central European habit and in the Baltics (mainly Estonia in disc golf). We don't do that in Finland and I don't think it is very common in Sweden and other Nordic countries. I might be wrong about Sweden, Denmark and Norway though. Hopefully someone corrects me if I am wrong. Personally I don't like it so I am glad we don't have it in Finland. I don't mind if others do it and I can join if the group wants to do that, but happens only in international cards and not in Finnish cards.
The commentary is fantastic. Concise and descriptive. Really hope Paul keeps the schedule for a few years. This style of golf is fan friendly and seems to highlight any weakness in your game.

LOVE the coverage. It's fun to see some of the Euro Tour. I have one simple bit of constructive criticism: When the players are talking, and you can HEAR them on the camera, the commentators need to NOT talk over it. It's always fun to hear what the players are saying during a round. I think it adds a lot and humanizes them a bit more.
When Scott throws the rare double Forehand Line that the commentary brought up, I thought about the Tribulations of being on the Champ's Card and getting called on multiple Foot Fault violations because of the odd Transient swinging front Foot Stance towards the Marker Disc
Funny how everyone and their momma said Paul was washed a week ago and without a doubt they'll all be enamored with him again after this tournament. So fickle.
McBeth is mediocre in the United States this year, at best! This is just another example of why most Americans are not interested in Europe. Obviously, these guys have a little bit of skill, but when a masters age competitor pushes Europe’s best, I would have to say they’re not very good. Paul, playing for the euro tour is just hype and an attempt to create interest where there is none.
None of the players in this tournaments are among Europe's best. They all played in the EPT event in Finland during the same weekend, this is the equivalent of a silver series event. If Silver Lätt places top 4 you know the competition isn't great. Just for good measure, both McBeth and Lätt played an EPT event the weekend prior. I believe McBeth placed 31 and Lätt 51. Right now, Mauri Villman has some of the best stats on earth, and he beat McBeth by around 15 strokes.
Amazing vibes on this card. Love the smiles all around. I can tell these guys just love playing disc golf.
