In this video you mentioned that elevated heart rate burns more fat, and this can be achieved by doing more cardio. But to my knowledge and experience the ultimate rule that works to loose weight/fat is being in calorie deficit and especially to loose fat there are studies that show LISS could have a slighter advantage compared to HIIT (of course both of them can be referred as cardio) and the heart rate during LISS is lesser compared to HIIT So, what I would like to put forward is irrespective of the heart rate, fat loss can be achieved even with weight training following calorie deficit. Please correct me if I am wrong Thanks
