Most of these apartments are ridiculously small and I bet they're priced at minimum 650k simply for just being in the shire.. Sydney's property prices are just terrible
The shire is actually cheaper then the city. I was paying $520 for a tiny one bedroom apartment 15 minutes from the city, and in the shire I’m paying $550 for a big 2 bedroom apartment. Still expensive but much better than closer to the city
Edward Marks it depends which area you wanted to live but sydney is expensive so if it is sydney than it will cost you 6k if you want to live in decent lifestyle
