Hi Yahua, Can you suggest me suburbs within around 30 mins public transport to Uni Melbourne ? I may prefer 2 bedroom house within 500 Aud PW rental budget and ample day care options for 2 yr baby, good public transports . Seeking your kind suggestions.

Melbourne is cold all year you really don’t need an ac ,
You need a good heater though
Not true. January and February are the hottest months, most days reach 30 and over. Anytime it's over 30 you'll need ac.
It does get hot here,have had a 43 deg over summer .
